I had my private language class with my teacher that day at 1PM, but she was late for 20min. Chestnut Tart 好好味, 粟子蓉好味, 撻皮都好味!但個人覺得粟子蓉太多, 而入面的cream和蛋糕不太多, 好似有點過甜的感覺不過整體都是不錯的 Opera Cake 咖啡味偏重, 而朱古力味都是偏向較苦的, 而且不太出可能個人覺得朱古力不夠, 所以我覺得一般好味特別的是中間的蛋糕層是開心果味!值得一讚係店員好nice

每次離島遊，必經IFC，又必須賣咖啡。今次經過嗅到咖啡香，過吾係StarBucks，都好...試下同樣美式咖啡...熱...大杯，價錢和香味差不多，留位份量比SatrBucks好好多，八成滿 (StarBucks...一時9成滿...一時得7成滿)，杯蓋設計非常UserFriendly，但一次性用完即棄杯蓋，過份華麗及浪費 (似芝士粉蓋，轉動開関)。沒有大瓶咖啡糖，只提供獨立包裝糖，要進一步環保，顧客並介意大瓶散裝咖啡糖，那"補充配料枱"整潔乾淨...比一般連鎖咖啡店好好多。過咖啡差，濃但苦，甘而"劫"...加奶也夠滑...sorry...真係好難飲

自從灣仔店sift的服務一次比一次差之後﹐她已經越來越不得我歡心喇。最近跑上的是lgb﹐有三間分店﹐而堂食不收加一的就只有呢間。果然﹐叫左一個檸檬塔真係都會配上一小撮clotted cream，味道比較茶scone的那些輕身柔軟，我是在完成馬卡龍後就一下吃光啦。cheese macaroon($15)是白色加金色的外皮﹐猜她會用上cream cheese左夾心﹐怎料竟然還要加上一小片咸味cheddar cheese﹐整個效果是非常十分好吃~!香蕉macaroon($15)是黃色外皮﹐香蕉味濃重但來自香油﹐厚厚的黑巧克力夾心都蓋不過他香精的味道﹐以為這個比較失色單薄﹐但外皮面頭脆脆又增添多份口感﹐也輕鬆過關~!反而著名的檸檬塔($30)是最差的一件﹐主要係因為面頭jelly面整查左成件餅﹐巧克力片跟cassis粒都其實十分討好相襯。

Family wanted to have chestnut tart, so searched online and found this place, which had decent reviews. LGB除了macaron，其實她的蛋糕同scone也頗有水準，是日所試的三款蛋糕+scone就全部滿意，唯有飲品不給力。栗子撻：栗子蓉雖然不算十分幼滑，但栗味濃郁，頂部的糖浸栗子更是香甜甘美。蛋糕內層則是輕柔的忌廉與柔軟的海綿蛋糕，每一個環節都很細膩，結果當然是好吃檸檬撻：這裡的檸檬酸卻不造作，沒有澀澀的口感，配上薄脆富有牛油香的撻皮，二者平衡得恰到好處熱情果慕斯撻：慕斯柔滑且果味香濃，酸甜開胃，撻中央還有少許清爽的天然熱情果醬，是非常適合夏日去吃的甜點Scone：素來喜歡LGB的scone，沒有粉粉的質感，口感酥化、牛油味適度，曾經有一次店家搭配了楓糖漿，堪稱驚艷；然而今次卻只是再普通不過的脫鹽牛油，雖然美味依舊，但終歸不及從前了讚美歸讚美，但這次的飲品mocha實在糟糕，沒有特別加糖，用黑朱古力粉配濃咖啡，苦不堪言，如不是有一旁的甜品作伴，真的要整杯浪費掉了…其實喝得出用料其實不差，但調配有問題，奶和糖都沒有到位…印像中這裡的opera與香桃慕斯也是十分美味的，而且堂食的話每點一款蛋糕都會配上一小撮clotted cream，輕柔不膩，配著撻皮吃也不錯。雖然環境普通，但對於愛甜之人

在ifc的lgb cafe吃過數次tea 也吃過macarons 但都在上層那間今次沒多時間但又口痕 外賣了件lemon tart- $30整個甜點較企身 跟starbucks的是totally different approach.lemon味最濃 不太甜 餅底較硬份量不少 lemon cream很足夠.很讚始終都是lgb的lemon tart最好service亦不錯 話頭醒尾外賣box也很精緻more info @http://venvennn.blogspot.com

到這裏買了一個 scone 作早餐。服務不錯，會主動問客人是否需要加熱。但 scone 很乾，吃得喉嚨十分乾涸。略嫌牛油味不夠。

十一月中旬‧晴當要跑步的時候，是要時常吃朱古力的，因為可以快速的補充體力。在IFC都有好幾間朱古力店，悉數試過。是日來一點新意，喝液態的朱古力。加了忌廉去做的，很滑，朱古力的味道卻不突出，勝在平易近人，但如果是朱古力迷的話，應不會太滿意。熱朱古力28蚊一杯，個人覺得Leonidas的好一點了。

14-12-2009Lunch 後想買杯咖啡, 人在 IFC, 又唔想去 Fuel (http://www.openrice.com/restaurant/commentdetail.htm?commentid=2033426), 最後到電梯底的呢間 LGB 搞掂.如常 caffe latte (medium $26): 明明堂飲, 卻用紙杯 serve, 幾討厭, 不過既然呢度主力做外賣生意, 都用紙杯都可以理解的. 面頭奶泡異常厚身, 無乜氣泡, 咖啡飲落就極 creamy, 質地幼滑, 奶香濃郁, 不過咖啡味好淡, 成杯嘢就係一味 "latte", "caffe" 呢? 早知如此, 飲公司樓下嗰間 (http://www.openrice.com/restaurant/commentdetail.htm?commentid=2039800) 的出品好了.下次買 macarons 試試.
