住港島朋友相約食飯,選個中間位最好,決定觀塘試新餐廳。電話訂位最穩陣,早十五分鐘到達即時入座,無需罰企、無需捱熱。內籠骨子舒服冷氣夠,空氣流通,簡約西餐廳佈局。刨刨餐牌,大部份基本菜色,沒有什麼招牌菜,幸好還有數道有趣配搭。朋友們還未到,唯有飲住啤酒等,朋友們都滴酒不沾,我獨尋醉。Angelo poretti 手工啤酒,跟坊間手工啤一樣質地較粗糙,啤味濃而味道陰沉而獨特,試試無妨,保持新鮮感。忌廉蠔湯,有驚喜有希望!,蠔仔肥美飽滿,幼滑湯汁帶著淡淡鮮蠔味道,清爽可口。曾在兩間法國餐廳品嚐過此湯,一試難忘。兩間都以大量鮮蠔打碎做湯,杰杰濃稠的湯汁啖啖蠔肉,超濃郁香甜,極品。配上蒜蓉牛油法包,烤得外脆,包肉軟塾,陣陣濃郁牛油蒜蓉味,絕不欺場。淨食或點湯同樣美味,難得。白酒忌廉藍青口,質素不似預期。過熟粉口不彈滑的肉質,鮮味欠奉,白酒忌廉汁水汪汪單調無味道。芝士肉醬烤菇,微暖沒有溶化的芝士,少少肉醬乾乾的,味道未見突出,大啡菇味濃水潤綿綿。BBQ 豬仔髀,餐牌打錯字喇,係髀從骨部,唔係脾從月部。因為我地三個唔夠分,特別要求加錢燒多一隻,唔該晒。豬仔髀烤得出色,跟燒豬肋骨用上同一酸甜醬汁,肉質結實勁彈勁有咬口,豬肉味香香吸引,好味道!寶雲酥三文魚扒,給我大驚喜!大大件厚切,不乾不鞋鎖住魚汁在內,切開肉汁立立令噴射出來,魚味鮮甜濃厚加上香脆外層,真的可口無限!墨汁魷魚意粉,依道菜過於平凡,溫度有點凍的意粉淡茂茂。魷魚只得鹽味無鮮味,十分單調。懷念北角東寶及尖咀 EL CID 的熱辣辣多汁墨魚汁意粉呢,大量墨魚汁掛在彈牙意粉上,食到滿嘴滿牙都黑潻潻,美味又好玩 ﹗燒美國頂級安格斯肉眼扒 5 成熟,質地乾鞋帶渣,牛味薄弱,烤得不夠香口,非常強差人意。黑松露汁淡荗荗,牛淡加汁淡,即係更淡。大埔 Happy Hour 個松露汁非凡出眾,越食就越想食,香純甜美又濃郁可口,還帶點點酒香。 continue reading

同同事係觀塘做完野諗住求其搵間野食, 行行下見到呢間意大利菜, 細細間幾骨子企整, 見到個價錢又唔算貴就入去食下環境好舒服, 眼見都有幾對情侶/夫妻食物選擇多, 前菜都有好多非傳統菜式頭盤叫左個鵝肝小漢堡, 估唔到兩者可以咁夾! 鵝肝好香又唔膩小食叫左水牛城雞翼, 辣度唔高, 適合唔食得辣既朋友主菜我地揀左焗西梅羊西冷, 個做法好特別, 同一塊羊西冷包住西梅肉去焗, 有啲似肉卷, 西梅既酸味令羊肉唔蘇之後再叫左客黑松露長腳蟹肉燴飯, 好足料! 黑松露味重得黎唔OVER, 條長腳蟹腳好多肉, 飯入面亦都見到好多已拆蟹肉, 成個飯好鮮味呢餐非常滿足, 價錢又合理, 估唔到觀塘都有咁有質素既意大利菜 continue reading
