To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 有沙田友帶路,去第一城漁樂吃下午茶,這是他們一家老少經常光顧的餐廳,還教我乘巴士來到置富第一城,在商場的A1區,上一層電梯轉右手邊,輕易地找到漁樂。這天大家都沒吃午飯,那就連下午茶一起吃飽它。輕量海南雞飯$42,配紅豆冰,加配沙爹雞肉串2串$15,超值!味道還很不錯!海南雞超嫩滑,油飯很香不油膩,質素很高。沙嗲雞肉串味道香濃,有花生香,雞肉咬下爽口有肉汁。魚湯魚蛋魚片頭米線$35,見到價錢已經覺得必點,魚片頭爽和魚蛋都爽爽的,有魚肉香,米線配魚湯,真的是住家清新之選。加配魚湯娃娃菜$12,娃娃菜吸收魚湯味,爽口鮮甜,連魚湯都喝光。西多士拼雞串$36,餐飲加$8,轉了特飲芒芒椰椰。這個芒芒椰椰,推介要試,沒想到裏面有寒天粒粒,有芒果肉,濃香的椰汁配合後,口味香甜爽口而清新。雞肉串可以大家分享,與加配的小食是一樣的,志在大家過口癮。西多士當甜品有下鬆軟灑上楓糖漿香甜,好味!埋單$150有找,吃得豐富又美味,怪不得吸引到家庭常客,絕對是性價比首選。

沙田第一城都好多餐廳, 但我間唔止都會去呢一間餐廳食, 勝在佢啲價錢都ok, 我諗係始終都係做街坊生意!今次嗌咗兩個餐:海南雞飯油蔥香茅雞扒撈麵佢真係好邪惡!撈麵幾好味!鍾意蔥油嘅朋友一定好開心, 因為都真係好多蔥呀!

20:45進入餐廳,50分點好菜,52分就話要埋咗單先,與朋友企緊夾錢付款時已多次催結賬,八達通定港幣八達通定港幣🔥叫佢等等還遭呼喝,之後入嚟的食客都遭遇相同的遭遇,食餐飯都要受氣永不再幫襯😡

冬陰公湯底好味,唔會過酸或者過辣,湯底配河粉幾吸味,好食!豬扒好厚切,味道單食ok,但夾埋冬陰公食食落較淡,可能配牛骨湯底味道會再出啲。另外,叫左椰奶咖啡,質地好厚,椰子味好重,個人麻麻,如果好中意椰子可能會中意!

基本上嚟親呢度都係食石煱肥牛湯河,每次見到門口張海南雞飯Poster都好想試吓,今日終於真係叫咗午餐嘅海南雞飯。呢度啲海南雞飯餐係冇湯嘅,不過有跟餐飲,如果唔想飲奶茶咖啡可以試吓佢哋冇檸檬嘅熱檸水。有啲似新鮮檸檬汁加熱水。我平時都係相機先食,今日可能係太餓,食咗一舊雞先發現未影相,砌返靚先影🤣。一舊雞加多一啖飯已經覺得好味到唔可以唔寫review。啲香飯真係好香、好好味,平時食少飯嘅我都食咗大半碗。😅啲雞更加係滑到令我呢個一向去皮食嘅人,都忍唔住有幾舊連皮食。🤣🤣😋😋佢哋嗰兜綠色嘅醬汁酸酸哋幾開胃。重點:雞皮薄、唔會有一層肥膏,我好少會影食到一半嘅嘢,不過今日都再攞手機出嚟影番咗張「薄皮滑雞」相。🤣🤣冇諗過佢哋啲海南雞咁正😋😋😋,以後唔使淨係食石煱肥牛湯河啦!🤣其實我見到佢哋有海南雞下午茶餐$42。輕量海南雞,香茅油飯 配碗仔翅加紅豆冰。不過因為我唔鍾意碗仔翅同紅豆冰,所以冇叫到。如果你好似我咁熱愛海南雞飯,可以嚟試吓。
