To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 冬陰公湯底好味,唔會過酸或者過辣,湯底配河粉幾吸味,好食!豬扒好厚切,味道單食ok,但夾埋冬陰公食食落較淡,可能配牛骨湯底味道會再出啲。另外,叫左椰奶咖啡,質地好厚,椰子味好重,個人麻麻,如果好中意椰子可能會中意!

基本上嚟親呢度都係食石煱肥牛湯河,每次見到門口張海南雞飯Poster都好想試吓,今日終於真係叫咗午餐嘅海南雞飯。呢度啲海南雞飯餐係冇湯嘅,不過有跟餐飲,如果唔想飲奶茶咖啡可以試吓佢哋冇檸檬嘅熱檸水。有啲似新鮮檸檬汁加熱水。我平時都係相機先食,今日可能係太餓,食咗一舊雞先發現未影相,砌返靚先影🤣。一舊雞加多一啖飯已經覺得好味到唔可以唔寫review。啲香飯真係好香、好好味,平時食少飯嘅我都食咗大半碗。😅啲雞更加係滑到令我呢個一向去皮食嘅人,都忍唔住有幾舊連皮食。🤣🤣😋😋佢哋嗰兜綠色嘅醬汁酸酸哋幾開胃。重點:雞皮薄、唔會有一層肥膏,我好少會影食到一半嘅嘢,不過今日都再攞手機出嚟影番咗張「薄皮滑雞」相。🤣🤣冇諗過佢哋啲海南雞咁正😋😋😋,以後唔使淨係食石煱肥牛湯河啦!🤣其實我見到佢哋有海南雞下午茶餐$42。輕量海南雞,香茅油飯 配碗仔翅加紅豆冰。不過因為我唔鍾意碗仔翅同紅豆冰,所以冇叫到。如果你好似我咁熱愛海南雞飯,可以嚟試吓。

本人今天早上9點40分左右惠顧第一城漁樂早餐當中包括炒蛋,蒜蓉多士,火腿通粉和熱咖啡,價值$35連外賣盒:$36。問題本人足足等了15分鐘以上還未取到,而最離譜的是在我等候期間起碼有十多人入座,而堂食的顧客都巳經食完,而我的外賣仲未出。而且本人其後拿外賣回家才發現沒有提供外賣餐具,幸好我是買回家仲可以解決,咁如果不是拿回家中食用,咁應該如何處理?政府的走塑計劃是4月份才開始,原來而家食肆巳經開始拒絕提供外賣餐具?
