To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 搁食堂里也能框框炫啊土豆沙拉🥗这辈子没吃过这么难吃的沙拉,土豆夹生到嚼着嘎吱响就算了,上面的烟熏肉干巴梆硬吃着费劲,吃完这一盒感觉咬肌大一圈出前一丁炒面倒意外的不错!🔥面条炒的干爽油润还挺入味,而且竟然还配了三个鸡翅🍖,这一份性价比还挺高🍕披萨就纯纯看缘分了,好吃的很好吃,难吃的很难吃…面条味道都有点子淡,综上🫡

20230913 呢日突然心血來潮突然想食燒味飯就溫溫下書去咗Ling U canteen食。平時食開叉鴨飯,今次試吓叉油雞飯。同姐姐講左要多薑蓉最後都有俾多啲😎今次既叉燒係肥叉,超開心!食到勁滿足,而油雞就無咁好食,雖然都夠嫩但味道普通,無咩特別,亦無燒鵝咁好食。下次都係叫埋叉鴨飯算。 最後承惠$38 雙拼燒味飯加熱檸水。

Lingnan Express seems to be a basic canteen-style eatery located on the Lingnan University campus, serving straightforward dishes for students and staff. I tried their tea set which came with fries and pork chop. The tea was standard and unmemorable. The fries and pork chop were fairly generic, lacking in seasoning and flavor. While the food suffices as a convenient and affordable meal option for those on campus, Lingnan Express does not appear to be a destination for an exciting culinary experience. Given that it is primarily a school canteen, decent but unexciting fare is to be expected."

當日平日下午,因為工作關係經過嶺南大學, 現附近沒有什麼東西吃,嶺南大學現在又已經開放給學生以外的人進入, 所以便膽粗粗入去裏面的大學飯堂食飯。嶺大內有兩間食肆,我選了嶺大食坊叫吃午餐,食物在餐廳後方立刻製作,所以感覺不錯。而且還可以用visa付款,這是令我意想不到的。餐食放的座位十分寬敞 但是椅子也是普通的膠凳坐得不太舒服 ,人很多,但勝在食物夠便宜,我叫了一個兩餸飯連凍飲只需33元,味道也不太差。其中一個餸是茄子四季豆茄子,四季豆內裏應該加了 一些豆板醬來調味, 所以送飯一流,而且茄子也不算太油,加上四季豆,令到成個餸感覺十分健康。椒鹽豬扒在相中也看得出質地比較濕,沒有像其他餐廳炒得這麼乾身,但是味道也十分充足 ,而且它被鬆肉粉整到口感十分軟,也是適合用來送飯。當然因為這是一個33蚊兩餸飯所以我的要求並不會太高。可惜的是飯有啲硬,可能學生們的咀嚼力比較好,所以飯硬點也不怕吧。

去嶺南sit堂,平時都係食開雙餸飯,見悶悶地,於是就試下佢地飯堂個新出品😌,什麼極上和風系列--------牛肉漢堡.野菜天婦羅.炒滑蛋.和風咖哩飯$38牛肉漢堡無乜肉汁,比較乾身,第一啖食落仲接受到,食多幾啖唔知點解有陣怪味🤢野菜天婦羅炸得好脆,蛋漿唔算好厚,依個算係幾好食但成碟我覺得最好食係隻炒滑蛋,真係好滑,一d 都唔老,正呀👍😋咖哩就一般般,係偏日式既,似銀咖哩d 咖哩總括黎講:$38都算係咁啦,有菜有肉,但學生飯堂黎講唔算平,我寧願都係食返雙餸飯算🤦♀️
