今天下午路過太古城,剛好有點餓,想來一份輕食。可是聽說這邊的餐廳訂價比較高,唯有轉移目標為外賣。來到這家麵包店,總覺得十分眼熟,在尖沙咀好像也有這家分店。石窯黑麥粒包 Stone Braked Whole Rye Grain roll  小牌子寫著材料明細:麵粉,酸種,棵麥,糖,鹽,麥芽 還要標榜是以石窯烤制,看來很特別,就來試一試吧! 包包表面有白色粉末,放在手上,感覺輕飄飄,不墜手,內裡空氣較多。外圍表皮較硬脆,包包底部韌度較高。包包中間白色部份氣孔細小而平均。整體無甜味,但有微微的鹹味及酸味。而這個包包不鬆軟需要多點時間咀嚼。 總之跟一般又甜又軟熟的麥包有很大分別。   可是,嚐過這個包後,嘴唇都沾滿白粉,就連衣服上也有白色粉末。   話說,有中學生研究了市面麥包的成份,大都是以焦糖上色,令麵包變為消費者心目中的<啡色麥包>。不知這個石窯燒出來的黑麥粒包,是否真麥包? continue reading

I am really into green tea anything lately so when I walked by and saw these two new items, I had to try them. I tried the Uji Green Tea Bread first and it's a good choice because it has milky bread flakes with a sweet crust and a milder green tea filling flavor than the danish. And the Uji Green Tea Danish is really crispy with strong green tea paste. It’s fluffy and this is green tea good! I like both and since they were so fresh, I gobbled them all at once. continue reading

見有新店,今日經過就入去行下。這兒的飽賣相不錯,排得整整齊齊。看了一會其實選擇不多,於是買左一袋厚多士和一個黑白芝麻飽。回家吃了才發現它的飽十分香,十分軟而且手指不會沾到油。雖然價錢貴了一點卻是值得。 continue reading
