想食燕窩又唔想自己煮？梗係買出邊嘅黎食啦！(◎_◎;)買咗老行家呢款燕窩，打開嗰蓋，全部都係燕窩(>^ω^<)燕窩同相入面嘅顏色一樣，都係透明透明咁款，夾出嚟都有一絲絲嘅條狀，唔似碎燕咁樣一粒粒，所以我估佢嘅質素應該都算OK。(*☻-☻*)可以就咁食嘅，因為佢係即食燕窩，但係我今次就加咗牛奶，因為我諗住補充膠質嘅同時，都可以補埋鈣質，所以如果你哋想另外加嘢飲，譬如好似我咁樣想加牛奶，就要自己另外買啦。加埋牛奶食燕窩，真係好好食，每一啖都有燕窩嘅口感。 continue reading
