這火鍋店通常都滿座。早一点去就找到座。我喜歡食這裡的手切牛肉。一碟大牛肉都是二佰元。其他老方絕對不是這價錢。另外這裡的加拿大象拔蚝很低食,一大條大約一仟元。肉質很彈口及新鮮。值得一試。加上這裡的日本啤酒很平。所以到這裡食一個海鮮火鍋是很滿足的。

一直以來聽到任食火鍋都覺得係樓樓地,之前試過好多次一係就唔新鮮食完唔舒服一係就服務差到無人有。有一日有網友介紹呢間任食火鍋店$198任食火鍋冇加一仲可以開到凌晨三點我就同朋友嚟呢度試吓。呢度啲服務員不但服務態度好好,而且呢間野啲食材新鮮仲要大大碟,海鮮有六款包括蟹鮑魚海蝦聖子魚,另外仲可以有六款肉類食物我哋選擇,當然唔少得美國肥牛同鹿兒島黑豚肉啦,汽水仲可以任飲,所有食物冇因為平價而將貨就價,我哋食咗三個鐘最後連最後部份粥底都冇食就飽晒走人,呢一餐出乎意料地好,真係好滿足嘅一個打邊邊。

很久沒有食海鮮,這晚和男友來到太子站附近的來發餐廳吃海鮮蒸氣粥底鍋!價錢十分親民,$198有海鮮、6款自選配料、粥底,飲品任飲,而且沒有加一服務費。新開張期間2-3位已經可以有8款海鮮呢,十分豐富,有蟹、 龍躉 、蝦、鮑魚、蜆、蟶子、魚等,全部都是新鮮預備,絕不欺場。先品嚐海鮮。一眾貝類最易熟,很快就可以吃。一向愛吃蟹,這兒的蟹也頗為驚喜,蟹膏豐腴,鮮甜無比。鮑魚口感爽彈,十分新鮮。龍躉亦肉質鮮嫩,帶有豐富膠質,第二步放入粟米、南瓜粒及芋頭粒,為最後的粥底做好準備。吃完整個海鮮拼盤,早已飽了六七成,第三步涮配料。配料選擇頗多,我們選了6款:美國肥牛、滑牛和鹿兒島黑豚肉份量足,特別推薦肥牛,肉味出奇地濃,想不到這兒竟使用優質食材,完全沒有將貨就價。豆腐卜、魚皮餃和手打花枝丸份量則比我想像中少,每款只有四件。魚皮餃雖然不是手打,但出乎意料之外,竟然不是用上四海的出品,這款魚肉鮮美很突出,比平時吃到的更加好吃。手打花枝丸口感彈牙,飽滿紮實,咬勁十足,可見真材實料。最後,店員幫我們加入養生粥膽攪拌片刻。芋頭和南瓜粒早已溶了,粟米吸收所有海鮮精華十分入味,粥底軟綿但始終只煮了一會,所以未算鮮甜。

魚皮餃雖然不是手打,但出乎意料之外,竟然不是用上四海的出品,這款魚肉鮮美很突出,比平時吃到的更加好吃。手打花枝丸口感彈牙,飽滿紮實,咬勁十足,可見真材實料。
