今日經青山道去裝修完嘅嘉頓麵包,見到有間裝修好別緻野餐餐廳,個餐牌有多國飲食,就決定去試吓佢哋嘅菜式。佢個名叫Lon Don Room。裝修好Warm,好別緻。啲位坐得好舒服。菜式有嚟自唔同國家嘅,有好多款式可以揀。今日我哋試咗一個泰式菠蘿炒飯,材料有肉鬆,菠蘿,雞蛋,椰子碎,提子乾,雞肉等,用薑黃粉炒非常之香。炒得好乾身,雞肉好嫩滑。我哋叫咗巴基斯坦咖喱羊配印度薄餅,有10塊印度薄餅,個咖喱嘅印度香料好濃,羊肉一嚿嚿,切得好細件好易入口,肥瘦均勻,仲有啲香草葉鋪喺面,啲羊肉煮咗好耐好腍好嫩,入口即溶。個咖喱唔會太辣,亦唔會太多油。 continue reading

去咗間cafe食lunch,叫咗個巴黎牛柳粒配薯菜,$88蚊包埋杯熱檸茶,幾抵食喎!牛柳粒煎得幾好,唔會太老,肉質幾嫩滑,醬汁都幾惹味。薯條🍟炸得香脆好好味!餐湯係蕃茄薯仔湯,味道幾濃郁~~另外仲單點咗個黑松露蟹肉天使麵$128🍝 黑松露汁幾creamy,天使麵煮得啱啱好,份量夠多~~最後叫咗杯朱古力咖啡$38,面上有朱古力粉及棉花糖。呢個價錢食物質素唔錯,算幾抵食~~深水埗抵食之選!去開可以一試。 continue reading

坐在魚缸前觀賞魚兒緩緩進食,心情真是愉悅無比。難得有機會坐在魚缸旁,當然要點一份傳統焗魚,讓魚缸裡的魚兒看著我享用魚料才夠趣味🤣🤣他們的古法焗魚,肉質鮮嫩,搭配辛辣的調味料和香料,焗烤出來的味道既香辣又美味,還有馬鈴薯和三色椒作為搭配。接著是北海道蟹肉焗野菌,加入大量芝士後烘烤,搭配多士絕對美味。蟹肉鮮甜彈牙,野菌香濃,讓人垂涎欲滴。現在進入冬天,是時候來杯熱朱古力,再加上棉花糖,溫暖心靈又暖和身體。 continue reading

隱世寧靜的fusion小店泰式牛肉沙律($98)酸甜又清爽的醬汁,配上新鮮又爽脆的沙律菜,加上鮮嫩的牛肉真係食過番尋味!花竹蝦拉絲窩夫($78)第一次食到咁特別的配搭!窩夫底,上面舖了一層蝦膠洒上白芝麻,中間夾住拉絲的芝士,食落香、脆,蝦膠有彈性,甜甜咸咸好夾!慢煮雞柳配匈牙利鵝肝焗飯($188)錯左錯着,第一次食鵝肝。味道比想像中的好食,不會太肥膩,反而表皮香脆,內裡好軟滑,配搭住燴飯和雞柳,真係好好食。整體配搭都好夾,味道淡淡地,唔會太搶~ continue reading
