「料理X空間」是位於深水埗青山道一家特色餐廳,開業只有一個多月,已經有非常多回頭客,餐廳開業的故事由兩位喜歡煮嘢食嘅老闆開始,一位是經營一間豬肉店,另一位很有經驗的多國菜廚師,兩人同樣愛好煮和食而相識,同樣有開餐廳的理念和夢想,所以一拍即合👍🏻👍🏻餐廳的菜式是由兩位老闆共同創作,看看餐牌有著多國菜的特色,好得意什麼都有,例如芝麻蝦多士、焗蟹蓋、豬手、肉骨茶、1公斤斧頭扒等等都是店家的招牌菜,而且食得出用料和味道都好用心製作,特別想提係呢度所有豬肉嘅菜式,全部都係用老闆豬肉檔嘅新鮮豬肉,所以其他地方真係食唔到㗎🐷🍤▪️焗芝麻流心蝦多士 $ 58多士部份是用上窩夫,中間夾住流心芝士,最頂就是自家製的手打蝦膠,再鋪上一層厚厚芝麻即叫即焗 ,味道有鹹有甜,口感煙靭中帶彈牙,香口美味🦀▪️芝士焗蟹蓋 $ 78這個是必食推介,面層厚厚焗得燒香嘅拉絲芝士,蓋住就是充滿忌廉芝士香的滿滿蟹肉絲,味道香濃,淡淡蟹肉好滋味🦆▪️香煎鵝肝啤梨沙律 $ 168鵝肝煎得外脆內軟,伴上最佳拍檔藍莓黑醋汁,好美味,新鮮沙律菜清脆爽甜,與鵝肝一齊食可以中和油膩感🧇▪️砵酒鴨肝醬野莓窩夫 $ 88老細很喜愛用窩夫,配合自家製濃香油潤的鴨肝醬,再伴上酸味味的野莓果醬,組合起來就是說不出的美味🐷▪️1公斤斧頭豚肉扒 $ 328超級巨型大份,即叫即做豚肉扒先煎後焗,上枱的時候已經切好方便進食,新鮮豬肉咬下去就是爽口、軟腍又鬆化,而且有部份帶一點點肥膏更加美味,豚肉扒調味不多,能夠食出新鮮豬肉的鮮味,亦可沾上店舖自家製嘅泰式酸辣汁和芥辣,增添風味,配菜亦非常豐富,有焗薯、炒什菇、店舖自家製嘅辣蘿蔔和焗新鮮菠蘿,配合豬扒一齊食非常美味,必點主菜之一🍹▪️荔枝梳打 $ 58梳打沒有添加任何糖分,只有幾粒新鮮荔枝作為調味,清新又解渴🧉▪️比利時朱古力奶 $ 58誠意之作,自家製作朱古力奶雪凍,完全冇加冰,朱古力味非常濃郁,keep住飲都係夠冰凍和味道一樣,非常欣賞 continue reading

今晚無意之中又俾我發現一個寶,就是呢間開業約個幾月的料理x空間!意大利火腿窩夫 Parma Ham & Tomato Salsa Waffles($88)窩夫係即叫即整,上枱時還是熱的,冇諗過原來火腿同窩夫係咁夾,呢個組合又幾好味!焗芝士蟹蓋/2pcs Baked Deviled Crab / 2 piece ($168)啖啖肉食得好過癮,加埋芝士嘅香味,真的恰如其名,好*魔鬼*式的誘惑!1公斤斧頭豚肉扒(2-3人份量)CM/G Tomahawk pork Chops ($288)現今很少地方會採用新鮮的斧頭豚肉扒,另外配菜也很豐富:燒菠蘿、糯米粟米、薯仔、烤蒜頭、焦糖蘋果。因為即點即做,所以要等半小時,賣相吸引,師傅掌握火候啱啱好,肉質鮮嫩,值得推薦!💯💯師傅話6月份會有多些新菜式,好嘢當然要預埋啲老友,即刻預訂2星期後帶埋多啲friends黎就可以試多啲菜式! continue reading

喺深水埗返工見到呢間餐廳開咗一輪,見今日想食西餐,於是試吓。入到去好大浸油煙味,但係即刻有位所以坐低咗。我哋六個人兩個嗌咗孜然鴨髀飯,兩個嗌牛柳薯菜,一個叫蛋包飯,一個叫咗毛瓜粉絲大雜會。等咗15分鐘兩個牛柳薯菜最先嚟到,味道正常份量略少。之後再等15分鐘上咗個鴨髀飯,我同事以為係肉骨茶。我本身食得好清淡,但個汁好稀,啲鴨得幾舊,又無味道,我哋都唔肯定係鴨定係雞,跟嘅白飯好硬,我要撈埋啲汁先食到。再等多10分鐘先上個蛋包飯,同事話好伏。之後等極都等唔到個毛瓜粉絲大雜燴。個樓面十問九唔應,又唔解釋。最後我哋嬲到走咗,而我個同事乜都冇得食。我明白cafe係Hea嘅地方,但都請照顧吓喺深水埗返工嘅打工仔,我哋得一個鐘食飯時間。你搞唔掂就唔好做午市。餐廳應該識得控制出餐時間。同埋如果漏咗單都應該有啲交帶解釋一下。以咁樣嘅出品質素、份量同服務,我食茶餐廳都開心啲,以後都唔會再嚟。 continue reading
