Holiday mood 唔想煮飯,同屋企人去咗將軍澳新都城食晚餐,喺 UG 樓層見到有間「搵食工房」~內在環境寬敞,裝修骨子企理,而且入面仲有好多卡位,坐得好舒服。有人係食肉獸,一坐低就第一時間點咗客工房經典鐵板美式雜扒配薯菜,而我就揀咗客鐵板香煎蘇格蘭三文魚拼意式扒雜菜配意粉。  鐵板餐奉送餐湯、牛油厚多士及熱飲,+$3 可以升級丹麥多士,而轉特飲亦都只係+$9。羅宋湯酸酸辣辣,味道對辦,入口惹味開胃。丹麥多士帶濃郁牛油香。雜扒有豬扒、牛扒、雞扒、香草豬肉腸和煙肉,豬扒軟腍不死實,牛扒熟度剛好。薯菜唔係薯條,而係口感細膩嘅原個焗薯,誠意十足。三文魚扒厚度剛好,外皮煎得很香脆,魚肉濕潤嫩滑,入口帶魚油香。雜菜有翠肉瓜、茄子同番茄,飽肚又有營養,夠晒健康。飲品選了新潮奶茶紅豆冰 同 清新消暑嘅熱情果檸檬梳打,紅豆煮得好腍,奶茶香滑,甜度適中。另外仲點咗份公司三文治配薯皇,麵包烘到外脆內軟,餐肉煎得非常香口,生菜、番茄十分新鮮,加埋芝士、火腿同雞蛋,用料好豐富,配埋脆炸薯角,滋味滿分。

去吃它的下午茶套餐:咖哩豬扒飯,$43元。餐廳裝潢設計時尚、座位舒適。服務態度也可以。咖哩汁好味道,擺盆也漂亮,但是豬扒給三塊,有二塊就是肥筋肉,吃不了的。剩下的一塊算是吃得。配菜一條菜都沒有,一塊薯仔也沒有,情願餐廳收貴一點,也必須用誠意提供可以進食的食材,便宜一點有什麼用?應該鬥食材、味道,而不只是鬥價格。食客來吃飯不是來吃低質素的食材。
