一行七人來到中環陸羽茶居午膳,隔別一段時間由三十四元的茶錢加至現在三十八元名茶,侍應已是全新面目!常客朋友點了筍尖鮮蝦餃丶蠔油叉燒包丶銀牙蝦春卷丶鮮牛肉燒賣丶柱侯蒸排骨丶釀豬潤燒賣等等; 吃完點心後再選了豉椒涼瓜牛肉炒麵;最後加了兩款甜品:西施鳳凰卷和桂花生蹄糕來完結這頓聚餐。

We arrived this morning and asked if there is any seat for walk in. The staff on the ground floor told us to walk up to the 2/F. Then the staff on the 2/F said no seat available again so told us to walk up to the 3/F. At last the staff on the top floor told us to go back to the 2/F since they are all full too.We don’t expect seat must be available but we felt like we’ve been to 3 different restaurant. We really advise the restaurant’s representative to review the internal communication more.

星期六往中環取驗血報告,便計劃順路去陸羽茶室午餐,途中致電想訂檯,被告知沒有訂檯服務,只得 walk-in。抵達後門口知客指示我們上二樓,一上到去,沒人理我倆,逐主動找服務員,服務員眼尾都冇看我們一眼,是是但但叫我倆坐樓梯口隔離的檯,坐下時發覺面對一條出菜的冷巷,很影響胃口呀!眼見很多吉檯,問可否轉坐其他檯,得到的答覆是早已被 “預訂”😨。又話冇得訂檯嘅???? 第二位服務員暗示那些檯是留給 “熟客” 的!!!! 哦,明白了。。 😔太耐冇得去澳門食嘢,好掛住六棉的杏汁豬肺湯,故試試陸羽的又如何?另外叫了一碟炒河,三個點心。 雞球大包完全不是我想像的,我想要的是蓮香樓那種,而陸羽的是將材料搞勻成一團料放入包中 🙄。 河粉一般般,沒啥特別;杏汁豬肺湯算是整餐飯中最好的,但未算真材實料,相對澳門六棉,我仍然鍾情六棉。服務一般般,食物味道一般般,“陸羽” 這個曾經的高檔品牌,似乎已掉落凡間!

晚餐來食,份量很少,但價錢一點也不便宜。我們8位共吃了約10道菜,約$700一位。但沒有飽肚的感覺😅有幾道懷舊菜式、功夫菜的味道還是可以的。杏汁白肺湯很香,沒有杏仁的臭味;蝦多士的蝦肉彈牙,多士鬆軟,但如果多士再厚身點就更好了🤣煙燻鷹䱽也很不錯,煙燻味燶,魚肉嫩滑, 調味剛剛好;燒雲腿乳鴿片頗惹味,配紅酒實在不錯!最後喜歡的還有片兒麵,咬起來的口感和味道與腐竹略有幾分相似。但總括來說,同價位其實有很多中菜廳做得出色得多,要說服務什麼的,也不見特別親切。只是陸羽歷史悠久,或許貴在情懷吧。

第一次到陸羽茶室飲茶
因為11點多的關係場內都沒什麼人
我們選了卡座坐下

是很有風味特色的一家茶室
員工們都穿着懷舊的制服
很有老香港的情懷😌

點了三個點心兩個甜點和一個湯
全部也挺好吃的
特別推介雲腿石斑夾👍🏻
好吃又特別,起碼在其他地方沒有吃過

杏汁豬肺湯也是十分推介!
香濃的湯汁喝了兩碗也不夠🙈

特別一讚的是這裏的員工很親切招呼也很好
對熟客特別殷勤✨

雖然今天下雨
到了12點多茶室就滿座了
下次要再過來試一試這裏出名的咕嚕肉呢😌

牛肉勉強合格
但肉質鬆弛 連馬蹄也沒有 更感覺唔到有下芫茜 味精及梳打粉味很濃

但與5星酒店比 也被比下去

當談到蝦春卷沒蝦
一是乍不知要有蝦 指出点心名字後
說是切碎混合一起 所以看不到

若果4人 茶錢已佔160元
以前也曾消費過 可能30年前了
埋單查單竟然改了3次才準
由220元左右改到160
所以久未再來
晚間菜式皆為200甚至300元為起點絕對是非一般消費
多年沒來 又加疫情 仍不思進取

嗰日係中環lunch但冇book位又唔知食咩好,經過呢間茶樓見冇人等位就入去試吓。之前經過都覺得佢好有特色,但都估到佢應該係幾貴。嗰日自己一個人食就叫咗三個點心,三個點心都係出邊好少見到嘅,最特別就係個豬潤燒賣,佢個配搭確實係好食嘅。另外兩樣都係水準之上,不過埋單都接近$200 ,係偏貴嘅。呢間餐廳聽聞已經有好耐歷史,見周圍都好多上咗年紀嘅熟客喺度飲茶。我覺得未試過係值得一試嘅,但呢個價錢偏貴可能短期內都未必會再試。😝

是次帶媽媽到陸羽茶室懷緬一下,感受以前茶室的環境。不過當天由於是平日,打去留位時,侍應話只要去到就有位。不過去到依然座無虛席,幸好最後喺2樓都有位置。但就要食客自己搵位了。環境方面古色古香,餐牌亦沿用舊有嘅點心紙。茶葉方面質素不錯👍🏻食物方面,必點他們的杏汁豬肺湯。杏仁磨成茸,湯底非常濃郁,而且豬肺爽口,再加上南北杏,整個湯底非常滋補。令人忍唔住一碗接一碗。而且服務不錯,侍應會主動添湯。另外亦點了其他點心。例如蝦餃、紅棗桂花糕、豬潤燒賣等,但是味道沒有太大驚喜,蝦餃皮較厚,紅棗桂花糕沒太多紅棗味。而且價錢相對較貴,所以性價比不算太高~

食物方面,必點他們的杏汁豬肺湯。杏仁磨成茸,湯底非常濃郁,而且豬肺爽口,再加上南北杏,整個湯底非常滋補。令人忍唔住一碗接一碗。而且服務不錯,侍應會主動添湯。
