炸雲吞 — 一份3隻,個皮炸得硬咗少少,個酸汁薑味重咗少少

柱侯排骨 — 好入味,但相對無乜特式既點心,再去我唔會再點呢款

總結,除價錢太貴以外,其他都相當唔錯,可以一試。

以前以為陸羽的食物價格會很離地,畢竟是名人飯堂,但看過餐牌後,發現午市點心價錢不算貴,不少款式大概$5-70,和坊間流行的新式fusion, cartoon 點心相差不遠。小肥羊小肥朱的聖誕節旅程,以這餐飯作完美句號,共吃了5樣食點,不錯。豬膶燒賣:一大片豬膶放在豬肉燒賣上,懷舊的點心,吃得出老師傅手藝的味道蝦角:中式蝦角,內裡有芦泥。麻蓉包:麻蓉質地很密很沙,好味,蛋黃靚,但包質一般。魚肚魚滑:正路。梘水糉:糯米質地很軟很黏,內有豆沙餡。整體食物不錯,其實小肥朱很想試其著名杏汁豬肺湯,但小肥羊對杏仁很抗拒😆所以沒叫。環境洋溢著懷舊格調,服務員態度也不錯。

今日跟一日遊由深水灣行到淺水灣,回程到陸羽晚飯,老字號嘅茶室,傳統嘅裝修,好多傳統嘅畫,椅...也是説回個餐,一枱4人,10道菜(甜品也有兩樣)先來個杏汁白肺湯,足料又足份量,每人飲左2碗接住蝦多士,炸得唔油又香脆👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻雲腿鴿片更加無得頂,擺盆也是很有心機👍🏻菠蘿生炒骨,味道一流😋😋😋涼瓜豆腐炆班翅😋😋😋菜遠炒雞什,看餐牌時以為雞什是配角,點知它才是主角😋😋😋荷葉飯,到這個時已經好飽,後面還有水餃甜點,所以就打包回家再慢慢品嘗上湯水餃👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻合桃露,好多蓮子😋😋😋桃包,蔴蓉好香👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

牛柳絲春卷 (同名)平時食嘅春卷餡都係來來去去蝦同筍,今次包左牛柳絲,細B最鍾意食,因為脆卜卜。🥳

最後個荷葉飯就真係麻麻哋啦,其實都係預早整好咗叫完唔夠2分鐘就送咗出嚟。個飯超乾同埋冇乜料到,有啲遺憾😔

總括嚟講服務質素係高嘅,侍應比例算多亦都有禮貌,不過唔會專登再嚟,始終我哋平民家庭可能去呢啲地方好難盡情放肆地食。

今日一心諗住帶媽媽去陸羽茶室飲茶,去到地下已經有人幫我哋開門,不過係直接上2樓,感覺上地下是招呼有錢人及熟客,階級觀念好重,唔緊要未試過都要試吓,茶錢每位$36,但只是一般貨色,點心,我哋叫咗四樣點心,包括蝦餃、豬膶燒賣、上湯煎粉果、同埋蛋黃麻蓉包,全部點心好快就上枱,擺明唔係即叫即蒸,而且全部都只係暖,並唔係熱辣辣, 大佬啊!一啲低價嘅酒樓啲點心都起碼係熱㗎啦,蝦餃皮厚蝦唔係用新鮮嘅,豬潤燒賣片豬潤仲鞋過地板,上湯煎粉果粉果塊皮,從未食過咁厚而且已經淋晒好難食,唔熱嘅麻蓉包真係好難食,個餡又硬!全部中伏,總括來講,食物質素極差,去超級市場買啲用微波爐叮嘅點心都好食過佢,招呼亦不見得好,環境亦冇想像中咁靚,呢個價錢,大把酒店可以食到!

來陸羽茶室吃晚飯,跟熟客來的好處就是,朋友菜單都不用看,便可以把硬菜全部叫齊。【燒雲腿鴿片】這裡的雲腿片切厚片,入口之初微微甜,之後咸香溢出,鴿肉去骨和蘑菇炒,沒有太多花哨,盡顯食材原本的味道。【燉杏汁白肺湯】豬肺處理的非常棒,爽滑,完全沒有腥氣,杏汁又濃又香,原水燉湯,沒有加半點調味,連喝兩大碗。【蝦多士】即叫即炸,麵包炸的松脆可口,原只大蝦肉質鮮嫩,再配上自制酸甜醬,酸甜解油炸膩,太好吃了。【菠蘿咕嚕肉】本來就愛吃咕嚕肉,這裡的每塊肉肥瘦剛好,炸的十分脆,每一塊都包裹著很均勻的咕嚕汁,加燈籠椒和鮮菠蘿,畫龍點睛。 【炸醬撈面】一直對粵式撈面興趣不大,但這道也是贊不絕口。粗面用蔥油水過,肉醬另外放在一旁,肉醬偏甜口,拌面味道一流。【脆皮糯米雞】分量十足,上桌時是一整只,侍者在眼前切開。雞的部分皮脆肉嫩,糯米飯里也有雞肉粒,味道香濃。唯一我覺得就是糯米飯的分量太大了。另外還點了魚和時蔬,雖然沒有上面幾道那麼讓人印象深刻,但出品也都沒得挑剔,道道都是好味道。甜品叫了一大份【核桃露】完美收場。

My first time going to this famous traditional Chinese yum cha place in central!Better call before walk in for lunch durning weekends because this place is always crowded. High change to bump into some TV stars as well. HaHa.My friend and I ordered some classic dim sum, such as siu mai (shrimp and pork dumplings), Turnip Cake and barbecue pork bun. It was a nice yum cha experience ! Worth trying but the price range is on the higher side.

頭兩個餸點餐紙無,亦都唔覺有地方顯示價錢所以特登寫俾大家參考。無特登寫價錢既點心價錢大概係56-60一份。有#既食品係我食完印象特別難忘,覺得值得得一試既。
杏汁豬肺湯我第一次飲,杏香好重,豬肺滑溜,唔識看點為之乾淨,但眼見都係粉白色既,唔會有黑灰色既情況出現。
豬潤燒賣非常出色,大大塊豬潤,基本上看唔到下面粒豬肉。豬肉索曬豬潤既汁,我仲以為溝左內臟。
麻蓉包既麻蓉非常好咬口,蛋黃唔會過熟死實。留意翻兩樣野:一定要趁熱食;好頂肚,每人四分一個已經好頂,建議無三個人黎唔好叫,除非你好食得。
最意外係桂花馬蹄糕,一入口滿口桂花香,同埋好難得地唔會過軟過硬,好少見咁好既質感。
至於有人可能問點解我無推介蝦多士,理由有幾個:
一,好大份,一份有8件,一個人其實兩件已經好夠,你無4個人黎我唔建議你叫呢樣野;
二,個人覺得性價比同其他食品相比下比較低,碟蝦多士佔左我呢餐總值30%,好食,但係我覺得唔係好值。反而杏汁豬肺湯我自己就覺得好抵,因為真係無幾可有咁高質既豬肺湯。
上面咁多樣野連三位茶介(每位$36),盛惠$1137。全餐感覺侍應生服務不錯,完全唔覺得有其他食評所講既服務不周,食品亦都覺得有誠意。不過呢排市道差既情況下,收斂啲都好正常。做完孝順仔,係時候又要幫荷包止下血。
