為左響應夜繽紛，今次決定食完飯去飲番杯。平時普通嘅cocktail都飲到悶悶地，係時候要試下啲新嘢。最近旺角酒吧《月海》就舉辦左Monkey Shoulder聯乘 TEA CHÂTEAU嘅DJ party。 DJ @monsta_kei 和 DJ @jade.szeto炒熱個場，一邊聽住funk music 一邊飲下佢地嘅創新cocktails，別有另一番體驗。今次嘅DJ party推出左3款期間限定嘅cocktails，3款都係由Whiskey和茶葉界享負盛名嘅Monkey Shoulder和TEA CHÂTEAU製作。Monkey Balls 由TEA CHÂTEAU嘅《茉莉龍珠》配搭Money Shoulder Blended Malt，茉莉嘅清香又回甘同malt whiskey嘅蜜糖味有相輔相成嘅作用。Funky monkey由TEA CHÂTEAU嘅《元氣醒神》，包含人蔘烏龍多種養生益氣嘅材料，更加能夠帶出malt whiskey本身嘅辛辣和香草味。Monkey in the puer由TEA CHÂTEAU嘅《玫瑰普洱》，茶性溫和又解膩就同malt whiskey嘅橙香味好夾，飲多多都唔會傷胃啦。 continue reading
