今晚同閨蜜約左去睇演唱會,打算睇之前響海防道食D野先過紅館,呢帶各式各樣既美食包羅萬有,閨蜜話不如食點心啦。好彩我地到店比較早,找到座位後,一坐低餐廳已是座無虛席。我地各自點左D王牌點心:1. 筍尖蝦餃皇 - 皮薄餡多,蝦肉飽滿,啖啖蝦肉的爽甜。2. 鳳爪拼金錢肚 - 鳳爪煮得軟爛入味,金錢肚Q彈可口,兩種不同口感相輔相成。3. 脆脆富貴紅米腸粉 - 米粉薄而不破,外層酥脆,裡面的蝦肉餡鮮美多汁。 4. 鳳尾蝦多士 - 蝦肉肥美彈牙,多士炸得好乾身,好脆口。5. 羊肚菌牛肉球 - 肉餡鮮香,配上爽口既羊肚菌,口感層次豐富。6. 懷舊燒賣 - 餡料飽滿,皮薄而不破,入味而不咸。整體黎說,龍點心選擇相當豐富,既有經典又有創新,係一個幾好的選擇!

整體黎說,龍點心選擇相當豐富,既有經典又有創新,係一個幾好的選擇!

Siu mai platter was their signature dish, consisting of 6 different flavours from Singapore, China, Japan, Spain, Germany and India. Each have their own distinct flavours: spicy, flavourful and juicy. Dim sum combo was something similar to platter, comes with a piece each of their recommended dim sum. Every piece was prepared exquisitely, with their dumplings juicy and thin in texture.

Sponge cake with pork floss was a new creation dish, soft and fluffy, served warm. Osmanthus jelly was sweet and smooth in texture.
