To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

啱啱去完「麥田冰室」開餐,嘩!講真,呢度打邊爐,稔意得滯!咖喱牛腩超級入味,啖啖肉嫩滑得嚟又唔會太膩,啖啖正。薑蔥炒蟶子嘅鮮味就完全冚唪唥,蟶子彈牙,薑蔥香撲鼻,食落口陣陣暖笠笠嘅感覺🥢。至於個絲襪奶茶呢,就真係得嚟平民價錢高貴味道,香滑得滯,做工一流。再講吓甜品,佢哋個木糠布甸同熱紅豆沙都係正宗港味,尤其個木糠布甸香脆得嚟又唔會太甜,一啖接一啖咁。至於個熱紅豆沙就順滑得黎,又唔會太甜膩,冬天食個熱甜品,真係溫暖晒心房🍮。整體嚟講,呢度嘅食物質素與價錢比例,真係相當抵食!環境同服務都算OK,下次同三五知己再嚟蹭蹭一餐,肯定唔會失望!👌🏼🍽️👍🏼

荃灣廣安醫院附近有間麥田餐廳,今早要過來辦點事,就打算在附近是但求其吃早餐,鄰近有間麥田冰室,來個簡單早餐。豬扒煎蛋多士$36~豬扒煎得夠乾身,兩件多士,兩隻煎蛋,由於當日中午會早飯,份量少少哋,唔使太飽。最特別的就是這隻咖啡杯,茶杯好卡通,食店用上凍飲的匙羹,比例好攪笑,長長的,要小心謹慎攪拌完後立即放好,否則一不小心,長長的匙羹會弄瀉⋯⋯上次到來,飲熱飲同是用這長匙羹。有趣的地方是,銀色的杯子,質地相信是不鏽鋼吧!杯拎起的,初初以為是保暖作用,了解一下又唔似喎⋯⋯總之就樣子可愛,不是一隻普通的咖啡杯啦,為何要分開,真是耐人尋味。整體來說:由於一人打理,配餐需時,如唔趕時間的話,靜靜的,無人打擾吃早餐都算是一件樂事。

做野經過幾次,見有時間就去食左個早餐,野食來到睇落係好夠味同埋用出前一丁,仲有比埋粉同麻油,睇牛個份量係足料既,就撈勻d牛食左啖發覺唔對路,完全係無味,食多兩啖都係攪唔掂有牛有色但係淡到近乎無味,好似人地開粉兌水兌得太多淨係補色唔足味咁,唯有落埋跟餐包粉同麻油當食原味出前一丁,多士足一塊但係牛油係勁騷,食左半塊食唔落,火腿奄列就正正常常既份量同味道成個餐食完我只係可以講句,價錢合理但係味道完全唔掂
