Morning Glory:通菜炒得好夠鑊氣,加左越式蝦醬、蒜蓉、辣椒,口感份外惹味。

Durian Sticky Rice & Coconut Sundae:榴槤糯米飯及椰子雪糕,榴槤肉入口滑溜,椰子雪糕香甜,糯米飯煙韌,讓人難以抗拒。

Coconut Smoothie:椰子奶昔,味道濃郁,香甜幼滑。

Vasilia:杯邊加左少許鹽,飲落酸酸甜甜,清爽感覺衝擊味蕾。

總括來說,餐廳食物有質素,地段優越,對住個維多利亞海景食飯,絕對係物超所值。

昨晚去用餐,點了三道菜:1. 湯河+牛骨髓(下圖) 分數:3.5/52. 炒通菜(下圖) 分數:4/53. 都中規中矩對得住價錢

而“DIY”貴為餐廳Signature菜色,但設計其差,比客人自己落手包米紙卷,但米紙又硬又脆又易碎,加上配料太大件極難用米紙包妥,結果我同女友每人試咗五次以上,先至成功包好第一個,但一加上汁料準備擺入口,汁料就已經滴出來,大家食咗第一件之後,已經成枱米紙碎同汁料!

米紙又硬又薄,結果女友進食時被米紙𠝹損咀唇出血,呢吓我真係忍無可忍,叫咗經理埋嚟反映,經理仲同我地講,米紙接觸到口水就會變軟,咁就唔會𠝹損,我聽完真係火上加火,米紙未放入口又點樣接觸口水呢??係會變軟就唔會搞到成枱碎啦!!


同個經理嘈完一輪,佢終於好似明白咁收走碟DIY,仲話會在張單取消呢碟嘢,我同女友無哂Mood,坐多陣就埋單走!


總結:DIY,只適合比相機食,不合人食。

Anyways, at the end we were settled. The environment was quite dark and private which I liked it a lot. The interior design was pretty fashionable. And most importantly, we enjoyed a quiet and relaxing atmosphere.
We tried the signature dishes. Started with the fried soft shell crab salad, crunchy and fresh, mixed well with vinegar, spices, chili, peanuts and herbs🪴
But the other dishes were quite disappointing. The pho was very very salty, the beef slices were ok soft but with very blanch taste. The other main was lamb (I forget the name), and it tasted bitter and salty, I could barely recognise its lamb. And the restaurant offered the dishes all tgt within 10 mins…. I was like 🤔 🥲🥲🥲 Anyways, they set the price quite high (one good thing is the portion was big enough to share ) but the food quality really needed a lot of improvement.
