澳洲殼飼肉眼扒意粉,我食 3 成熟都非常韌喎,普通餐刀鋸唔入,要轉把神器扒刀先容易劏開,用點牙力扯開耐心地嘴嚼。質地十足西冷扒,味道似肉眼,但隻脂肪眼係邊呢?比食開的肉眼為薄,我喜歡厚一點的,肉汁會豐富一點的。


整體不過不失平凡普通,牛味非常濃郁,胡椒海鹽調味得宜,任何角度都係西冷,唔係肉眼囉。驚奇地炒意粉蠻不錯呢!最敝蒜蓉兜得不均勻,這邊廂濃濃、那邊廂淡淡,全熟都依然彈彈滑溜不粉腍。


用意粉捲著牛扒同吃更精采,擦出火花,起碼無咁悶麻。原味試完,壓軸都係由辣椒仔汁包辦,酸酸辣辣蒜蒜,刺激開胃消滅殆盡。


忌廉蘑菇湯,水汪汪的湯水,質地稀稀的,味道淡淡的,果然非常湯水。


南瓜栗子意大利飯,菜名好有健康氣色,而且已經使人有甜甜的感覺。鮮橙色夠搶眼,賣相單調一劈真係不太吸引。索一索,強勁刺鼻芝士氣味!羊奶芝士?藍芝士?用上普遍牛奶芝士較好,不是人人受得住架麻。


全熟港式意大利飯濕潤嚥韌,濕淋淋地細味著,趙多幾下試真一點,芝士味又不是那麼濃烈喎,反而南瓜栗子味超級強勁,蓋過所有味道,霸道的甜味不喜歡。


煎雞扒意粉,本想食豬鞍,但神哥點左,那我就食雞扒,突然感覺快餐店左。煎雞扒乾硬無肉汁,翻煎真的無得救。


雞皮油黏有點味道,雞肉幾乎無醃過淡某某。大快活、大家樂既雞扒更好食,更嬌嫩多汁。上面醬汁什麼來的?南瓜醬嗎?非常淡,有幾乎食不到的微弱甜味。


強蒜炒意粉,乾爽嚥韌有 heart 夠誠意,不過味道過份嗆喉。最後都要出動終極武器辣椒仔汁,狠狠地淋上大量酸辣汁,雞扒意粉即時消失!


煎豬鞍扒配薯菜,豬鞍最好食堅好味道!煎得焦香可口,肉甜味濃,豬肉汁噴射流出,質地有嚼勁不乾硬,醃味清爽,調味得宜,滿分!

主打西班牙菜,有很多球西班牙小吃(Tapas), 叫了蒜片八爪魚,大大件有咬口, 在檻欖油中很香很惹味。西班牙乳豬則太細份量,豬皮不夠脆身,肉質不算juicy, 不推介。意粉還可以,味道微酸,不會太飽肚。還加了白酒,有情調。

正想搜尋較為特別的西餐廳,剛好看見OpenRice 推介,而且評語不錯,即管一試。經搜尋後,發現海鮮飯為最受歡迎所以叫了一個試試看,大致上味道有少少辣,但可以接受,飯當中配上魚子,口感的確特別,同時又帶出鮮味。基本上一個飯已經足夠,但因為貪心想試埋其他菜,所以又另外叫了一客沙律,忘了是什麼沙律,但我記得當中材料十分充足及新鮮。店員推介手工啤都可以一試,甜甜的,女士大部分都會叫呢款,店員話幾多女士會叫。大約價錢快接近$300,但以上都是我一個人食,晚餐黎講是略為貴,但我覺得值得同時會再黎呢間餐廳試其他菜式。👍🏽

呢度價$雖然有少少貴, 但係見到每一道菜都有花心思, 亦有驚喜

每一個侍應都會好耐心為客人介紹, 十分欣賞

Had a very disappointing brunch :-1) all day breakfast hkd148 - Cheap white bread , salad not fresh , ham and sausage of low quality , slow cooked egg not matched with the tomato - the worst and most expensive brunch I’ve ever had 2) egg benedict hkd58 - the chef has no idea what he’s making, what was presented was not hollandaise sauce but a plate of untoasted white bread with overflowing mayonnaise on it pretending to be hollandaise sauce - I was horrified ! You can only taste the mayonnaise.

The menu has many spelling mistakes including penny for penne and carb for crab. The linguine is not linguine it’s actually spaghetti I ordered the medium steak but I got a rare steak. The chips were stingy on the vegetables cold. the price was 108 Bit expensive as you can get a better steak at moorish and malt for the same price.

餐廳用了新鮮鴨胸香煎而成,有別於一般其他地方常用嘅急凍熟鴨胸,亦不是煙燻那種。廚師將鴨胸煎得剛熟,除了食到酥脆既鴨皮和濃郁嘅鴨油,鴨肉亦好細嫩,配以奶油煮嘅波菜,兩個口味好匹配,同樣咁香同滑,直得一提嘅係放係上面嘅魚子醬,起左畫龍點晴嘅作用,少少嘅咸香口感,居然起左引起食慾嘅效果,抵讚!

拿破倫這道甜品,一般主要是品嚐一層一層酥皮的鬆香口感,加上吉士醬嘅獨特香味。這個拿破倫没有塗上滿滿嘅吉士醬,反而重點放在足料豐富嘅紅桑子。多了一份清新,出奇地跟餐廳嘅,菜式配合,可想而知餐廳負責人嘅心思。

This isn't just 🍌banana flavored tiramisu.
整個Tiramisu分咗6層,夾層是混有香蕉的Mascarpone cheese,有濃濃香蕉的甜香味道, 香濃綿密。
而分隔這香濃幼滑的mixture唔係用 Ladyfingers,最底嗰底竟然係用香蕉糕,中間用印尼的香蕉脆片。This is a genius idea.

香蕉糕的香軟糯香原來都適合做西式點品。

藍色:比較重麥味,岩女仔飲🤗

服務方面,店員好詳盡講解每款啤酒既特色,味道,會推介適合客人既款式
到左食物同飲品後,會詢問客人意見同介紹下食物的用料,幾熱心的👍🏻

今次試唔到香港製既少爺手工啤,希望下次試到😤同埋都想試下其他菜式,會再去試埋😁
