上個星期食完,滿70蚊佢畀咗20蚊券我因為覺得味道真係唔錯所以今日又去返兜因為係內地嘅店,所以可能我哋香港人唔係好理解個運作首先係入去攞個盤,夾自己嘅想食嘅食材,然後按重量計錢,蔬菜同埋肉類係同一個價錢,$8.8/50克,睇落好似好平,但係其實夾下夾下埋單最少都要八九十蚊一碗我揀咗招牌嘅紅湯,少辣,睇落好似好多蠔紅油,但係其實食落去唔會好辣,係個湯底好香,朋友要咗酸辣,都好味,但係我個人覺得紅湯更加驚艷食材方面一定要揀吸湯汁嘅嘢,例如係豆類製品,我第一次有試牛肉,但係覺得佢啲肉類用梳打粉拿得太緊要,淋bet bet,唔係太好食,反而豆類製品同埋蔬菜會更好,所以今次返去食成碗都係齋

我揀咗招牌嘅紅湯,少辣,睇落好似好多蠔紅油,但係其實食落去唔會好辣,係個湯底好香,朋友要咗酸辣,都好味,但係我個人覺得紅湯更加驚艷
