今日下晝同朋友去呢間iSquare嘅烏冬店度食飯, 年初一都有開嘅店真係唔多, 佢係其中一間。首先佢係自助既,先起門口叫野食,然後比錢。我哋兩個都嗌左飯,因為比較襟飽。一個$42,另一個$45。價錢都算係同吉野家差唔多,不過就唔包野飲。叫咗個燒雞溫泉蛋飯,其實佢汁都幾夠嘅,不過啲燒雞好硬同乾,有少少難入口,整體來講都還ok。 另一個呢就係牛肉溫泉蛋飯,咁佢敗筆之處就係佢真係冇咩汁,變咗冇汁送飯, 不過啲牛肉都算係好食,又有洋蔥。烏冬我之前都食過,都係彈牙,但其實特別就真係唔算,但如果想用普通價錢食一個飯或者烏冬,我覺得都可以。

但朋友既辣味增 我又覺得太咸

整體幾好!

美中不足係本身丸龜既醬料唔係用黎打邊爐
但又冇出相應既醬料

Japanese udon is really good for cold weather. Marugame is kind of fast food restaurant. So the price is really cheap. If you don't want any side dishes the price is just $30 - $40. But it's good like very luxury restaurant. The noodles is chewing and the soup is very good.  It's really good menu for lunch.

一直都是丸龜製麵的常客,在尖沙咀想不到吃甚麼的時候,便會到iSqaure的丸龜製麵去! 首先,以快餐店的格局來說,座位簡單,當然不能說是豪華座位,但環境十分清潔乾淨,大家吃完自己的餐點後,都需要自行把碗碟放到回收處,而且有抹布讓人抹。大家都十分有手尾,所以整體來說餐廳都是十分整潔的!如何點餐? 你要先選擇自己的麵款,價錢由$30-$50不等,我比較喜歡清淡的食物,夏天常常會點冷麵,冬天則愛點醬油烏冬。拿過食物後,便自行到炸物部拿自己想要的配菜,我最愛的是不同款式的蔬菜天婦羅。所有食物都十分新鮮,由於餐廳不會把大量的炸物早早炸起放出來,而是只炸數件,所以不會出現乾巴巴或者放太久而軟腍腍的情況出現。每款大概只有數件可供取用,如果盤子沒有的話,可即叫廚師炸。以這個價錢來說,我覺得丸龜製麵是十分合格的,所以每次腦閉塞想不到去哪吃的時候,都會到這,又沒有人趕你走,十分舒服~

硬件好好,但可惜職員嘅說話

我點完8號餐後,有職員係我面前同另一位同事講,8號咁麻煩,我唔整呀,你整埋去啦,我最唔鐘意8號餐!
我收到餐之後明白到配料比其他套餐較多,食材都要痞低身,係雪櫃度逐盒分類拎出嚟。抱怨或覺得加重workload有時大家係工作上都會,希望該職員可以敬業樂業,係breaktime或細聲啲講,保持番日本餐廳對客人,對自己職業,對公司的一份尊業態度及精神。

呢間餐廳係要自己出去揀左食咩,然後俾錢先可以食。其實我都係第一次黎食,今日就揀左豆皮烏冬加腐皮壽司,試下味道如何先~個烏冬就唔算大碗,不過我覺得都夠食既。烏冬正常,軟硬適中,湯底都係普通醬油湯底。不過成個烏冬既精髓其實就係個豆皮到,因為豆皮本身都已經甜甜地,再吸埋d醬油湯汁,鹹甜鹹甜咁食落去真係唔錯。另外食埋個腐皮壽司,我覺得係正常發揮啦,都唔錯既,同平時出面食開既差唔多味,冇咩特別咁囉。如果冇咩budget又想食日本野,都可以黎呢到試下。
