趁今日收工冇咩搞黎試吓呢方便又就脚,美麗華3樓嘅「丸一」。朋友話研究過大家都會黎試下佢地嘅拉麵,咁就試個下啦。有好多款唔同湯嘅拉麵揀,我就試左「特製濃厚拉麵」:只湯夠晒濃郁之餘又唔係好鹹果只,仲要有好幾塊叉燒加埋靚靚卂大只嘅溫泉蛋,好吃!「蒲燒鰻魚飯」:有半條或一條可以揀,驚太細叫左個一條嘅,上枱發現好大一條!最後好似變左一人食一份咁就知有幾咁大條,鰻魚燒得幾好,抵食!最後仲試少少啲左幾款蔬菜燒烤,全部都好精緻。朋友係甜品迷,咁就當然要食埋個甜品。個「小熊雪糕」有驚喜,普通雲尼拿試得出佢係真Gelato。

We are big fans of Japanese potato salad- a simple, basic dish yet very delicious. Here you can enjoy an upgraded version: they put a piece of lucky cat Monaka wafer (最中餅) on the top of the salad scoop, and the inside was stuffed with potato salad- what an ultimate surprise! There’s another lucky cat printed on our glass of tasty and thirst-quenching Yakult peach soda too. Felt like good luck might finally come to us in the upcoming year.

Eel bento was highly properly Japanese, we ordered a half portion but it’s big enough to keep us happy and full. Eel was meaty, boneless and the sauce was cooked with quality flavours. This set came with a yummy bowl of seaweed and tofu miso soup, and a side of crunchy pickled radish.

Mentaiko shiso pork rolls were an authentic spicy piece of whole mentaiko wrapped and grilled with pork. This was absolutely a delight, the mentaiko tasted truly strong and flavourful. Grilled chicken wing was perfectly crispy, and well-seasoned with salt and pepper. Served extremely hot and fresh from the grill. I think we should revisit for more skewers, cos I like how smokeless & clean this izakaya is.

It’s Monday and we beat Monday blue with this gorgeous Mont Blanc Parfait. This is so good, Japanese quality and very reasonably priced: $48 and you have this big glass of goodies: julienned chestnut cream; vanilla icecream; sponge cake; azuki paste; mochi. It’s simply wonderful.

p.s. staff speak fluent English and there’s Spanish music playing in the background that night- what a great night filled with fusion.

尖沙咀美麗華新開左間日式餐廳《丸一》,今日一於出去試下,兩個人又想試多啲野食,唯有叫一個拉麵share啦!😏選了個🍜「特製濃厚拉麵」,湯底濃厚,麵條有嚼勁,叉燒嫩滑,仲有超靚流心蛋🥚。前菜來個「梅肉鯊魚魚骨」,口感爽脆,味道鹹鹹酸酸,份外開胃。第一次食「吉列炸池魚」,外層炸得金黃香脆,內裡肉質細嫩,一點骨都沒有,加點檸檬汁🍋,真係好食到停唔到口。🍢串燒花多眼亂,樣樣都想試,便來個串燒盛合,每一款都燒得好香,原汁原味,肉質鮮嫩多汁。「炒牛腸辛味味噌」,牛腸處理得很好,沒有異味,椰菜吸收了醬汁,十分惹味,胃口大開。最後,我們還點了很可愛的甜品🐻「小熊抹茶雪糕」,抹茶味道好濃,沒有苦澀味。另一款點的甜品是🍨「黃豆粉黑糖白玉雲呢拿雪糕」,黃豆粉配上黑糖,感覺有點像焦糖的味道,配上雲呢拿雪糕,非常好吃。喜歡飲酒既朋友,可以來試下佢地既飲之放題🍻,2小時任飲都係100元咋!😉

最後,我們還點了很可愛的甜品🐻「小熊抹茶雪糕」,抹茶味道好濃,沒有苦澀味。另一款點的甜品是🍨「黃豆粉黑糖白玉雲呢拿雪糕」,黃豆粉配上黑糖,感覺有點像焦糖的味道,配上雲呢拿雪糕,非常好吃。

喜歡飲酒既朋友,可以來試下佢地既飲之放題🍻,2小時任飲都係100元咋!😉

尖沙咀美麗華商場開左新日本餐廳,我都係剛好同朋友shopping先見到,睇睇餐牌覺得都好多選擇,就決定入嚟食晚餐。始終係新餐廳,裝修新淨,坐得舒服,食物質素都幾好。呢晚叫咗幾樣嘢都覺得幾好食。我要左油甘魚don,都只係$123, 而且好肥美好新鮮,包埋miso soup,miso soup冇太鹹,幾暖胃。朋友就要咗特製淡麗係醬油拉麵,呢個價錢好平,只需要$88,湯底絕對唔會油膩,但係拉麵都朔得到啲醬汁,加埋個蛋都真係勁好食!串燒就要咗雞髀肉串同埋雞柳芥辣,最後就要埋牛舌。全部都燒得好入味,而且啲肉完全唔鞋。最後都叫埋一個和牛,見到隻蛋已經好心心眼!
