貪得意來了行吉之島...唔...比起康怡那裡真是小很多呢, 沒什麼好買的索性在此吃個遲午餐。拉麵吃不下, 就來吃壽司。由於下午人很少, 大把位, 「立喰」位也就用不著了。桌了放了兩個豉油樽, 黑色的是吟釀豉油 (吃油份較多的魚用的), 白色的是昆布醬油 (吃白身魚用的), 入座時店員也有介紹, 但他實在說得太快聽不清楚, 我還是看桌上的介紹單張才知道的。前者看來像老抽而後者像生抽。下午茶時間 (3:00-5:30 pm) 的所謂特價, 是指定款式的壽司, 每碟由 2 件增至 3 件。點了幾款特價壽司:鯛魚 ($20): 可配海鹽或柚子鹽, 按店員的推薦選了海鹽。看不到鹽粒, 倒是上頭放了些紫蘇葉。魚片看來沒什麼光澤, 蘸了點昆布豉油來試味, 豉油是有點點甘甜味的。吟釀豉油的甘味比較強, 酒味就隱約有少少。希靈魚 ($15): 平時的希靈魚壽司只有魚子, 今次這裡的有少少魚肉, 但其實魚肉本身是頗為粗糙的。吞拿魚赤身 ($20): 魚片不是以上兩款壽司的室溫溫度, 有點涼的, 只可惜魚肉是相當的「爽口」, 不夠鮮嫩。另以正價點了一個長蔥鮭魚腩手卷 ($15), 食味來說是最好的了, 紫菜

這幾款的壽司飯也是溫溫吞吞的, 但總算是不易散開。

至於為什麼要給喊臉呢...就是因為我吃完之後, 約兩小時之後就開始肚痛, 差點連晚上的飯局也去不到啊! 但明明我是看見食環署人員巡查完店子我才光顧的喎! (我吃了這麼多年壽司店也未試過出問題的)

看來短期內也不會再來了。

之前一路幫襯 TST 間「正壽司」,覺得質素好穩定,從無失手!聖誕知道要結業,真係好失望,好在佢門口寫明二月搬去將軍澳,所以今日一心去比較新店水準。裝修比以前仲好,不過好似全卡位/梳化位,無左迴轉帶!辣味三文魚軍艦:可能新店師傅未熟習,紫菜上枱時唔夠以前總店脆卜卜,不過味道同以前一樣!蟹棒壽司:同以前一樣,好味!火炙左口魚裙邊壽司:一直係我唯一 encore 的壽司,不過今次唔知係咪師傅搞錯左口魚,燒完一滴魚油都無,咬落無晒魚油香....天婦羅蝦壽司:最好味,新鮮炸起,不油膩!鰻魚壽司:入口即溶的感覺,必試!!三文魚壽司 vs 三文魚腩壽司:明顯三文魚腩係正好多(但個人認為舊店的普通三文魚壽司已做到新店的三文魚腩壽司的85%!)

入口即溶的感覺,必試!!

三文魚壽司 vs 三文魚腩壽司
明顯三文魚腩係正好多(但個人認為舊店的普通三文魚壽司已做到新店的三文魚腩壽司的85%!)
