It took more than 30 minutes for someone to just come over to take our order.  We did manage to catch the eye of one of the hostesses and she responded with a terse 'wait for a few minutes'.

We ordered for Bean Curd Sheet rolled Veg and we could taste the stale oil in which the dish had been cooked. 

The Steamed Shrimp and Tomato Dumplings were totally bland - no taste whatsoever.

The steamed veg dumplings were not particularly good either but the pan fried ones were passable.

All the dumplings came without a serving spoon or serving chopsticks.  

The Black Pepper Fried Noodle had the distinct flavour of fresh black pepper but again, unfortunately was too oily.

The Wok Fried Chicken w Chilli Peppers was an utter disappointment - there was not as much of a hint of chilli in the dish and the whole dish was literally floating in a sea of oil.  

The height of the whole lunch was when I paid for the same with my credit card and had the credit card and the slip just flipped on the table rather unceremoniously.  

Mask, at one point of time, was known for its friendly staff, quick service and great food.  Gone are those days.  I could well understand the empty tables after our lunch. Of the five of us that had lunch there that afternoon, three of us ended up with an upset tummy that night and the next morning as well.

To sum the whole thing up - bad service, worse food.  The only thing that has stayed the same are the prices !!!  

We will not be headed towards Mask ever again.

感覺上環境重於食物品質的京菜館,可能是個人比較喜歡踏確既中餐廳,一個靚裝食品就得升30/40%, 中菜通常都是大伙人食,所以環境對於我來說真沒差多少🤔。 好啦,講反食的,全部不過不失,好味既,但沒特別有印象的。就只有香蕉拔絲非叫不可,專人即席係台攪呢攪路拔比你睇,而且外脆內軟,好似$100 左右,都叫值食既。

今日同朋友去食面譜京川料理,之前嚟過覺得唔錯。花雕王醉雞,雞肉入味,不過得幾件,一人夾一件都冇咗。炒鴨松子仁配叉子燒餅,去食川菜都會多數點呢款,係自己塞啲肉碎落叉子燒餅入面嚟食,少少辣,加上有啲松子仁增強咬口,都唔錯。話梅子薑豬手煲,酸酸甜甜都幾開胃嘅,不過份量又係少咗啲。水煮豆腐,墊晌底嘅芽菜同薯粉都幾多,連埋豆腐都係索湯嘅食物,個汁都好夠辣,以今餐嚟講算係最得我哋歡心。

每到冬天就最容易手凍腳凍,呢個天氣當然最適合食麻辣川菜,暖胃之餘,仲令全身每個血液細胞滾動起嚟﹗先不論食物,但呢間餐廳嘅裝潢已經非常吸引,充滿住濃厚嘅中國特色,一個個大型京劇面譜高掛天花,有型又有格。今晚得兩人共餐,只試了三道菜,但已經食到好好好飽。首先係菇粒螺肉粉皮,微辣帶甜,並沒有平時食的花椒香麻味,而佢嘅粉皮比一般的彈牙好多,面頭的螺肉菇粒切得好細,很有嚼頭,伴埋一齊食VERY GOOD~做開胃小菜相當出色。為咗試真正嘅川菜味道,接住就點咗水煮牛試試。一大盤橙紅色水煮牛,見到都有D驚,裡面有各種各樣嘅配料,有荳菜、芹菜、花椒、大蒜、辣椒......喺最底層嘅粉皮更係精華所在,吸滿香料湯汁,辣得相當刺激,愈食愈上癮。相當起嚟,我覺得牛嘅肉質同一般茶記食嘅差唔多,放太多生粉,口感一般。最後一道菜就係龍婆婆菊花魚,整條魚已去骨,魚肉起成花瓣狀,功夫考究。魚肉外層炸得香口,而內里肉質仍能保持鮮嫩,加上酸甜香辣嘅醬汁認真讚﹗﹗﹗呢杯特飲嗰名好有意境,叫紅樓夢,應該是士多啤梨加上野莓汁,味道酸酸甜甜,好有戀愛感覺~~總括而言,呢間餐廳質素唔錯,幾有驚喜

來了杯冰凉解渴的"虞姬",果然物如其名。。很美!喝了口這杂果交滙的苏打氣水,很透心,很爽,很為我解辣,很愛!!!。。。
我們還叫了些小菜都炒得不錯。服务。ok啦!2人埋單600不到,味道不錯!嗯…這里真是聚餐的好地方。

雞肉串 - 表面灑上內蒙既香料, 所以只食到香料味, 完全冇雞味...
牛肉串 - 同樣地都係表面灑上內蒙既香料, 牛肉味都係冇既...
羊肉串- 味覺上都係羊肉串味濃一D...再配埋內蒙香料...簡直是正都冇朋友...超香..又唔係好蘇, 但好有羊肉味..
小龍包 - 咬落去, 先啜湯, 再食肉...唔錯...皮唔算厚...一流...
四季豆 - 同平時食既分別不大
南瓜雞 - 用南瓜蒸煮D雞, 夠滑...而且佢個南瓜汁好甜...又可以食埋D南瓜肉...味道都唔差....
生菜包 - 餡係D炸菜, d爽口既蔬菜...微辣...但都ok既...
