叫佐一個艇仔粥加魚片同埋蝦米腸,兩樣都食淨。艇仔粥係有牛肉,但份量好少,而且完全無牛肉味。魚片每塊都好薄,魚肉又散,好彩唔腥🙃成碗粥最多既係豬皮,其他配料都唔抵,絕對唔抵食☹️而最大既問題係碗粥好快就出水,食佐半個鐘左右就出水,唔夠稠同綿🙁另外蝦米腸份量多,但都係唔好食,腸粉好粘口又唔香,蝦米多既,唯一既好處🫠而且蔥亦唔夠多,整體食出黎都唔香😣呢度好逼,好多人,唔好坐,坐咁耐見到都係內地遊客比較多,真係唔推薦 continue reading

辦公室搬到尖沙咀,看到多人排隊,就試試。叫了窩蛋牛肉粥,艇仔粥炸兩同埋牛肉腸。先講環境,超級無敵逼,一堆芝麻人,不停勁大聲講野咳嗽,又將啲醬放係個鼻哥窿到聞,超級嘔心。食物方面,啲粥難食到嘔,唔知點講,粥底仲差過海皇粥店,啲腸粉完全係衰過微波爐叮嘅腸粉,而且啲粥鹹到洗腎。服務方面,全部都係啲廣東話唔鹹唔淡嘅芝麻婆,態度極差,要杯熱水都冇,落單極度晦氣。簡單講句,試過的唔會再幫襯,未試過的,千奇唔好試。 continue reading

踏入呢間位於尖沙咀嘅粥店,簡約嘅菜單直接掛喺牆上,清晰易懂,就算唔係粥界達人都揀得到心水款。嚟到午餐時段,客人絡繹不絕,一睇就知道呢度嘅粥有咩咁吸引人。首先杯邊拉絲嘅黃沙豬潤粥,每一啖都綿到化嘴,惹味至極。嗌多碗豬紅加持,新鮮滑嫩,啖啖肉感,正!啲豬潤切得啱啱好,唔會厚到過火,食落去啖啖肉香,好實在。食過粥後,個炸兩腸粉嚟得正痴肚,皮滑餡足,入口即溶,中間夾住嘅油炸鬼香脆可口,撈埋淋上嘅豉油同芝麻醬,每一啲都攪拌得剛剛好,咸香迸發。而嗰份緊致得嚟又唔硬梆梆嘅鹹肉棕,食落去滿口嘅豉油香同豬肉甘香,簡直係為左過緊節嘅人設計嘅小確幸🥮🐽!當然唔少得豐富嘅菜乾豬骨粥,湯底足夠綿滑,細嚼豬骨嘅每一啖,都能感受到肉香四溢,但菜乾嘅香味就略嫌不足,肯定有改善空間💡。總而言之,喺呢度嘅每一餐都夠晒嘴,食物嘅質素配上一個舒心嘅價錢,實在係食客興奮嘅理由。要食正宗地道粥品,呢間絕對值得一試!🍚🥢 continue reading

我真的無法想象為什麼這一家能夠有那麼多人排隊,都沒有喝過富記嗎???因為富記結業了,只能找別的喝粥,生記喝著中規中矩,但是這家大師傅粥品屬於是完完全全的難喝。喝的艇仔粥,我靠,又沒味道又腥。我真的是吐了,太難喝了。然後服務員態度也不好。這挺仔粥裡面的肉還是不熟的,吃完總是有點惡心,然後魷魚呀那些都很不新鮮,很淡又很腥,真的完全不知道是什麼水平,太不行了。一點亮點都沒有!!!而且和富記生記相比,大師傅甚至連鹹淡都把控不好,我真是服了!吃完整個早上都沒胃口了,心情糟糕透! continue reading
