To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

手機外賣嗌魚腐魚蛋米線，無左魚腐，完😩無得報仇😟唔通次次都打開個袋打開晒啲盒嚟睇啲料齊唔齊？講真，唔可以咁樣蝦啲外賣單囉，雖然唔知道管理層會唔會睇到，但都俾啲下次嗌外賣嘅客一個警惕啦。

我和老公到紅磡站做野，順便在站內的美心快餐食午餐。我點了咖哩吉列豬扒飯$50，另外加飯只需加$1，因為我不是很餓。咖哩汁有少辣，比較野味，豬扒切開來，比想像中有份量，食落唔錯。

手機落單外賣自取，等左好耐都算，追左佢幾次，佢就望張枱無就無，大佬張枱都無加過野，點睇都唔會有啦！要開聲叫佢追廚房先肯追，番到去...食食下有啲黑色墨汁嘅野響個米入面...有無毒咖，想講粗口。

地點方便，坐位闊落，與鄰桌有距離，港鐵站內有冷氣提供，早餐大多數平平無奇，只有一樣值得推介，就係出前一丁麵早餐，與坊間餐廳的出前一丁麵味道不同，本人每次都叫爽麵，沙爹牛肉溫泉蛋係首選，但近排出咗新餐單係免治牛肉餅雞扒，雞扒煎得剛剛好係脆面，有牛角包，可以一試，對得住個價錢。

一早起身想食個早餐先搭車返工，去到紅磡站，選擇唔算好多🤔🤔見到美心，地理位置係好方便嘅，食完就可以即刻搭地鐵，站入面又有洗手間。睇睇佢哋嘅電子餐牌，早餐選擇都算幾多，有中式同西式，糯米雞都幾吸引，我見好多人都叫，不過最後我叫咗皮蛋瘦肉粥炒麵套餐😄😄 有埋嘢飲，30幾蚊， OK啦，買完，要自己去櫃檯交飛，等拎食物，跟住就可以搵位。飲品方面，我揀咗熱咖啡，諗住夠晒穩陣…估唔到…佢杯咖啡可以咁差…好淡😮💨😮💨奶味多過咖啡味，飲咗兩啖，頂唔順，放棄皮蛋瘦肉粥粥比較稀有少少肉絲，皮蛋都有好幾粒，都OK，仲有少少蔥花同花生，口感唔錯。至於炒麵就太鹹，本身覺得份量都比較少，但由於太鹹，佢俾多啲我，都食唔到😅😅炒麵有少少芽菜，蔥，洋蔥，口感係唔差嘅，整體偏油🤔🤔環境方面，餐廳入面好多雀仔，同埋烏蠅飛來飛去，對食客嚟講都幾困擾。而且今次叫既食物同飲品都麻麻地，整體都幾失望
