To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 每个菜都好吃炸腐衣卷 🔥软肋q弹的腐竹皮包裹着各种菜丝，不仅每一口都裹满了浓郁粘稠的酱汁儿，而且将豆香肉香清香都融在一起🌪️，口感味道都很有层次流沙奶黄包 超满的奶黄馅咬下去在口中瞬间爆浆，🌋一股热流的嘴里激荡，甜蜜的奶香味中带点咸蛋黄味，整体不是特别腻♨️品种很多很多，感觉蛮地道的，不错

今日同屋企人去打邊爐，d嘢食已經等得好耐，嘢食黎到，佢既招牌蝦滑同墨魚滑係有陣霉味完全食五到，再食花膠仔一咬竟然有異物係入面，同經理投訴完都好似無乜回應，所以無下次

本人叫了一個荷葉飯，一眼望落去已經比之前的細了，心諗都算數了，食落口荷葉飯質素真差又硬，個荷葉飯底層的飯還似飯焦咁超硬，我無諗過荷葉飯是這樣的，之後同經理講咗佢話可以換另一樣，我就換了新出的鮮肉臘味飯，臘味飯來到我一食就更加失望都是硬飯，本人對屯門美心出品的食品非常失望。

其實對美心集團嘅茶樓都唔係特別有好感,除非係包房！今日得我一個人,因為一陣要睇表演就唔想行咁遠,直接喺大會堂旁邊嘅美心皇宮食晚飯就算喇. 知客態度麻麻,一啲笑容都冇😥問咗我要咩茶交帶完就行咗去. 之後我想點餐,又唔見有侍應😅最後點咗一客南瓜煮飽魚,一客油鹽水浸菜心. 兩味菜都唔錯,味道剛剛好. 南瓜軟滑,鮑魚鮮嫩. 油鹽水浸菜心, 菜心好甜,煮得剛剛好👍
