To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這個不錯,起碼皮是脆的肉是嫩的(但那個芥末醬超級稀) 海鮮烏冬煲
湯沒有味道,太像在家中想不到吃什麼,然後弄出來的

這個太酸了,調味應該出了點問題 啫啫芥蘭
這個就正常,啫啫味都夠(但芥蘭完全入不到味) 貴妃蝦球
這是全美心皇宮我認為最出色的一道菜
蝦球的粉醬不厚,蝦又大大隻
最重要的是那個醬汁,酸酸甜甜的沙律醬,很開胃又好吃
總結來說,貴妃蝦球絕對出色,但其他則一般以下。

坐低之後冇幾耐,見到有個酒樓員工捧著一盤「芋蓉包」叫賣,於是我同媽咪就第一時間叫咗碟。 因為而家冇乜邊間酒樓會整……
個包夠軟熟,入邊仲餡料十足。Very Good!
鑊氣炒得非常之好,吊片唔會太韌, 加埋有好多韭皇、芽菜。
p.s 不過酒樓 D 員工服務態度極差,而且推住點心車嘅員工經常只顧企喺一邊聊天 ; 而酒樓嘅侍應就只顧一邊做一邊埋怨多工作做,途中仲有 D 員工仲喺度大聲講粗口添!
而我剛好去屯門工作,發現這裡的美心皇宮真皇宮,無論等位、上菜也快。而且午餐時段也不嘈!讚👍🏼
點了叉燒燒肉飯,比茶餐廳還抵!
第一款, 客家釀豆腐煲, 本以為只有豆腐和菜的煲. 誰知有蜆和魚. 也是很喜出望外. 湯底清清淡淡不算太濃. 也很好吃.
第二款, 蠔油杏鮑菇扒菜遠, 菜心灼得洽道好處, 不算太老也不會很生剛剛好. 杏鮑菇扒也很美味, 不會很UN.
第三款, 蒜子生炆斑頭腩, 很夠獲氣, 入面有冬菇, 豆腐和魚. 加上蒜香, 十分惹味.
茶錢其實都係一樣十三蚊一位 ,今次嗌咗鐵觀音,味道都係比其他嘅酒店樓濃郁而且有茶香,所以十三蚊茶為貴少少我哋都會嚟美心皇宮食。
大中小點下午茶價錢就平五蚊六蚊七蚊, 今次我哋嗌咗幾個點心,最後每人80多元。(但掛住食忘記影頭二個點心。
鴨腳扎 醬汁味道唔錯,而且芋頭都好入味,鴨掌都好淋身,唔會好硬 。棉花雞 味道就偏淡,同埋比較柔油,雞冇乜味。
雞包仔 入面嘅雞肉好少,有失望,幸好包都算 軟熟 。雙皮奶 唔好食,因為首先係凍咗,而且食落去比較老, 食多兩啖見到有洞洞出嚟,代表真係煮得太耐,味吾夠濃。
芋頭糕 都係唔好食,因為芋頭肉太少, 而且粉味道都係偏淡。 因為這類推車仔形式,唔係每款都有得即睇有冇,幸好這裏的侍應服務態度不嬲都很好,如果沒有的時候他們也會幫我哋落單看看有沒有。
好鍾意呢間美心有點心車,有兒時回憶。

北菇棉花雞
呢個係我最愛既點心之一,D魚肚非常入味,吸囇D汁,雞肉好重薑味,不過都好好味😍
鮮竹卷,其實我只愛腐皮,入面既肉唔係好肥,唔錯。
腸粉係每次必點,今日吃牛肉腸粉
腸粉唔會好硬或太軟,剛剛好,不過D點心姐姐次次都落好少豉油,每次都叫佢落多D。
一見到架放滿炸嘢嘅點心車就興奮,樣樣都想要🤣 叫左春卷同炸雲吞(個汁好好味)好味到食左幾舊先記得影相。
叫左牛肉腸粉都要叫山竹牛肉,一定要多喼汁
下面D腐竹好味但太小,牛肉唔會好似有D茶樓有一陣味。
芋茸包,個包好軟,芋茸唔係太甜,都有好多餡
