Introduction
The bakery is run by a father and a daughter. Following old traditional Latvian and Northern European recipes, they create organic healthy and plant-based bread and pizza in Hong Kong. They only use fresh handpicked high-quality ingredients with no chemicals, preservatives or any other unhealthy ingredient in their products. They ferment their bread for around 35 – 40 hours and all the bread and pizza are handmade with love and care. They will be selling all of their bestselling sourdough bread and serve hot vegan sourdough pizza.
