今日星期五，見家裏沒甚麼樣好食，所以放工鼓勵自己，食個 《 紐約風味安格斯 》………紐約風味安格斯 漢堡、大薯條 ( 配洋草酸奶酪味調味粉 )、大大杯冰桃梳打茶承惠：港幣 49.5 圓首先試梳打茶，香桃味Okay，最好轉為大大杯冰桃果茶，感覺好很多。大薯條，加上洋草酸奶酪調味粉去Shake，如果熱吃，口感還好。重頭戲 — 紐約風味安格斯 漢堡，件頭Okay，不過吃的時後，有點麻煩了。生菜要多一些。紐約風味醬 — 培根味黃芥辣醬，味道還好，要多下一點。上方的煎蛋 — 要太陽煎蛋、中心的炸薯餅 — 不夠脆口喔、安格斯牛排 — 太熟了，要 Juicy 一些。最終 — 廚房要多下一點功夫，才能贏得顧客信賴喔！ continue reading

等朋友過來去網吧打機期間，去左附近麥記等。入到去覺得齋坐唔好意思，但我又唔係肚餓，於是乎買左個漢堡包交吓差。埋到位打開一看，嘩!今次真係要爆句咩料呀！內裡除左得一塊漢堡扒，就只有一片青瓜，加埋微量茄汁。究竟是現在物價太高，還是麥記的制作標準太抵?抑或是員工沒有按制作指引去做?細細個時候，麥記是很多人的救星---超值、好味、快捷。現在一去不返，食物質素差、不再便宜、淘汰晒來自弱勢社群的員工....還附送陣陣厠所味，尤其是厠所門嗰幾張枱，so bad continue reading
