麥記又有新包推出，今晚外賣左The Signature Collection o既手撕雞安格斯番去獨食。平時出街食飯鍾意食手撕雞，貪其雞肉嫩滑又入味，一般手撕雞都係冷盤伴青瓜絲，但今次要試下熱食版啦。呢個手撕雞安格斯，餡料有牛肉漢堡、燒雞肉、加埋烤蘑菇、紫椰菜、白芝士同辣洋蔥醬。麵包質感較平時食開嘅經典款軟身。打開盒後，只見餡料側重某一角，賣想不太好看，感覺有點失望。咬了第一口，發覺醬汁味道不濃，同時可能因混上辣醬的關係，雞肉有點黏口，幸而安格斯牛肉維持高水準，牛味濃又juicy！整體而言，手撕雞安格斯口感並非想像中好，而廣告中的照片與實物大相逕庭，味道亦不過不失，只係以$39套餐價來說，一試無防。 continue reading
