上鍋底之後,老闆娘建議我地唔好即刻放鍋料落去煮,可以試下就咁飲下湯先。呢個鍋底真係真材實料,飲落去超香椰子以及豬骨味,海鮮嘅鮮甜亦都煮到出嚟,十分出色!

冰火魷魚係呢間火鍋店其中一款好受歡迎嘅小食,於是我地叫嚟試試。魷魚質感十分爽脆,大大塊。醬汁係餐廳自己整嘅辣椒油,好香好好味!

我地叫咗一份細份嘅牛肉,但其實佢份量都唔細!牛肉來自係本地牛,我地食嘅係牛爪邊,即係肋骨附近嘅位置。牛爪邊重牛肉味,而且有咬口,色澤鮮紅漂亮。

第一次來到這間放滿鏡仔應援的火鍋店店員好熱情會介紹一些推介菜式連醬料都有幾款是店家自製 好用心我們點了花膠竹笙冬瓜盅鍋底 好足料好豐富冬瓜 半隻雞再加上竹笙姬松茸素翅等令雞湯好鮮甜 雞肉亦好嫩滑火鍋必備的牛肉店內亦有多個部位供應我們點了爪邊 脂肪肥美 肉味頗濃自家制餃子和丸類都好有特式每一顆手工丸都包了不同內餡好有驚喜當中酒心雞肉丸和梅菜豬肉丸是必食推介水餃和雲吞都有好多蝦肉 鮮甜爽口熟食我會推薦椒鹽粟米夠惹味花樣油條即食外脆又彈牙 放涼了浸一下雞湯也好好味預先上openrice訂位還有折扣 人均3百幾食物高質素價錢又不貴 會再光顧
