去完寵物展就去灣仔搵野食🐱🐶🐱🐶見到間好日式木系舖面既拉麵味噌豬肉拉麵🍜🍜🍜湯底濃郁,完全唔會死咸唔會勁口渴,食完都好舒服拉麵彈牙,份量都好足豬肉半肥瘦,好軟淋,油香十足🐽🐽入口好香,有烤過既香味,好好食完粒塘心蛋好加分,流心蛋黃發曬光😍😍大推黎灣仔既must try 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻可以選擇走京蔥走芽菜,好細心🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

因為食飯時間不多,而且餐廳離公司有一段距離,所以預先在openrice 預先落定單,並前往餐廳取餐。去到餐廳職員很快便立刻包起外賣給我**********1. 沾麵 $88-外賣自取價(🌝🌝🌝🌝🌝為最佳)推介:🌝🌝🌝🌜性價比:🌝🌝🌝🌝作為沾麵愛好者,初嘗這間餐廳。回到公司,拆開外賣袋後,發現塊紫菜係用左保鮮紙包住,唔知係咪因為防止紫菜無咁快淋? 不過塊紫菜就已經淋曬了(不過外賣就唔會對呢d有要求吧)有少少失望嘅係,唔知餐廳比漏左隻溏心蛋定外賣唔會提供溏心蛋呢?沾麵汁雖則不杰身,麵不太掛汁,不過都食得出汁比較濃郁,而嗰汁裏面約有5-6粒肉粒,所以夠飽肚。還有2塊叉燒,1塊是半肥瘦的叉燒而另1塊係雞叉燒,我較喜歡後者嗰款叉燒,食落較嫩。**********總結:整體味道都唔錯👍🏻

Lunch時間想食拉面,見聲稱日本過江龍又咁多好評去幫襯下,排左10分鐘後安排bar座位,坐低叫完野食,突然「喳」一聲,見到眼前有部煎餃子機係前方2米距離左右,部機放置係廚房區外,附近無抽油煙機之類抽風系統,店員制作煎餃子發出大量油煙,最近位置既我首當其衝,吸人大量油煙,用膳後衣服頭髮殘留一陣濃烈味道,晚上回家需要第一時間換衫沖涼。另外想講下衛生意識問題,座位正前方是廚房洗碗區域,店員會回收客人餐具同一啲個人用品如紙巾,店員會先放在bar枱上方,再由廚房店員攞去清洗,用餐其間其他客人使用過的物品就不斷放正係你面前,而且只有非常近距離,十分嘔心。2人用餐消費太約$250,店員服務有禮,食物質素一般,價錢個人認為偏貴,無下次消費打算。如果店舖改善環境衛生會考慮再次光臨。

Amazing Ramen 🍜, would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to have ramen. Broth is very clean and light yet very flavourful and delicious! Love the texture and thickness of the noodles, very hearty soup, and love it’s simple nature and simple toppings. Easily one of my favourite Ramen shops in HK, just hurry and get a bowl here to know how succulent it tastes!

第二次探呢間過江龍🐲,上次食招牌醬油拉麵,今次食招牌中嘅招牌,鹽拉麵!《精選鹽🧂拉麵🍜》香味 (4/5) - 雖然係鹽湯,不過聞落都非常夠味!湯頭 (5/5) - 非常之香醇,個湯又清澈,又夠味,又唔會過鹹,鹹度剛好,極之好飲!色澤亦好靚!麵條 (4.5/5) - 中細直麵,小麥香夠,配埋個湯非常之夾,忍唔住大啖大啖啜嗰隻!如果一定要講,口感就差少少,唔算太爽口,但絕對係水準以上。配料 (4.5/5) - 因為係鹽拉麵,配料就冇話分主角配角,只要好食,就係主角。我覺得主角手非塊豬叉燒莫屬!好嫩滑,好香,好有肉味,有用黑椒調味,零死角!溏口蛋又係近乎完美!表面光滑,味香濃,流心💛,乎復何求?其他面料,白蔥,筍,紫菜,就正常發渾。唯一最差嘅係雞叉燒😵💫,都幾柴,雞味係中等。另外,見到bar枱度有個建議,加一勺醬落去提升風味。佢有蒜蓉,辣椒醬,同醋。咁我就加左一勺蒜蓉,同少少醋落去。唔敢加得多,因為鹽湯本身個味偏清,加太多怕會破壞個平衡。我加嘅蒜蓉大概就係咁多。結果,蒜味同醋味,同湯本身個味合奏左個交响樂比我味蕾,非常夾,非常好食!我係食到底,湯都忍唔住飲晒!整體 - 值得推薦 👍👍👍👍👍
