Booked restaurant based on reviews and thank god they were trust worthy!For a restaurant to succeed not only do they have to have great food but also awesome staff.I just wanted to say that it’s been a while since I received service like this in HK. The manager, to put it simply, was not only awesome but also clicked on a personal level.The food, the staff and the ambience managed to leave a great impression on my wife as she thoroughly enjoyed her birthday!!I would highly recommend this restaurant/branch!

韓式燒肉首選炑八!!!食物性價比高,環境舒適,職員用心服務。職員有禮快速送上沙津、準備爐邊蛋。當然還布無限添加的韓式前菜。前菜有泡菜、大豆芽、 海帶、醃蘿蔔等。特別是醃蘿蔔,酸甜味剛剛好,正好打開味蕾,預備食燒肉。特級牛肋骨大大條牛肋骨伴醬油大蝦,賣相吸引!牛肋骨脂肪均勻,先大火香烤,燒肉味即時撲鼻而來。甫入口油脂香即刻爆發,而且肉質鬆化香嫩。大蝦預先調味過,蝦彈牙咸鮮,有驚喜。厚切五花腩原條五花楠,肥瘦均勻,份量十足。先大火香烤鎖緊肉汁,將豬皮烤至香脆,再分剪成小件小火烤。油香四溢。配上特調大醬、大蒜及生菜包食,中和油膩 。炑八特製護心肉表面充滿光澤,脂肪含量相對較低但口感嫩滑。而且肉味濃郁,不沾醬食也非常入味。原味牛舌份量頗多,輕輕一燒即可入口,肉質柔嫩,爽口又彈牙。大蜆原隻肥嘟嘟、漲卜卜的大蜆伴香蔥蒜茸。蜆肉汁爆瀉,而且蜆肉鮮嫩彈牙 。泡菜煎餅大份又多泡菜,但味道不算嗆辣,入口香脆。加上爐邊芝士食,食指大動。飲品荔枝乳酸梳打+ 柑橘鮮橙果茶兩杯飲品都酸酸甜甜,燒肉後飲一杯又大大減低了油膩感。

想吃爐邊蛋就會想到韓燒,想吃得比較方便的話,炑八算是一個不錯的選擇,分店挺多,位置方便!前菜什麼也是任吃的!特級牛肋骨(288元)大大份的牛肋骨,還配有紅蝦一隻!牛肋骨的油花非常好,而且切得很厚的,經過醃製後,吃起來會多了一份甜味,肉質嫩滑,有油香!另外紅蝦燒完以後,吃起來蝦味濃郁,爽滑陣牙!炑八厚切五花腩(138元)五花腩非常大片,而且是厚切的,而且油脂分佈不錯,不會太肥,燒完以後油脂更少,吃起來爽滑,豬肉味濃,帶點油香!牛舌(138元)牛舌用上牛舌芯的部位,吃起來軟嫩中帶點爽滑,牛味香濃,還有點油香!炑八特製護心肉(118元)這個油脂不會太多,吃起來挺滑嫩的口感,調味跟牛肋骨差不多,但部位不同!大蜆(88元)可能現在不是時候,所以蜆都不是太肥的感覺,不過還是能吃到蜆肉的鮮美,本來我蒜和花都挺香,咪咪不錯!泡菜煎餅(88元)煎餅煎得不錯,煎得表面焦焦的,內裡吃起來挺軟糯,中間會吃到爽脆的泡菜來增加口感。而且味道也不會太辣!夏日冰涼西瓜梳化(48元)清涼的西瓜加上冰爽的梳打,喝起來非常解喝,淡淡西瓜的清香!薄荷荔枝梳打38元)荔枝的香甜加上薄荷的清爽,喝起來出奇地配合!
