刺身

炭烤牛腹肉配野菜
上台香氣四溢,兩大份牛腹肉配搭好多烤過嘅蔬菜,包括翠玉瓜、椰菜仔、椰菜花、薯仔等,種類好豐富。入口牛肉煎過嘅氣息好重,牛味雖然唔算好濃郁,但十分軟嫩,肉汁好多又飽滿,建議先享受原味,再沾上旁邊附上嘅微甜醬汁,又係另一種享受。

香煎帕瑪馬火腿鱈魚卷
好有特色嘅菜式,肉卷用上薄片香煎帕馬火腿捲起鱈魚肉,再澆上明太子忌廉汁。味道相對濃郁,鱈魚味道係火腿襯托下更突出,份外鮮香,又唔會太鹹,加上有層次嘅白汁竟然減低種油膩感,好特別值得一試。

進食期間剛好遇上live performance,琴手同男女主角相互配合帶出悅耳歌聲,加上優美環境,仲有主角美食襯托,絕對係一個十分值得去嘅約會或享受地方。另外,店員對待自然唔會令人有壓力,每道菜都會替換餐具餐盤,亦定時fill水,值得欣賞。
