睇落好細煲,食落好大份。用上瓦煲裝住卜卜脆米,粒粒都金香可口,飯加左醬汁,份量適中,唔會令到脆米淋哂,撈勻嚟食口感唔錯。脆米中間放上隻超大鮑魚,口感煙韌,味道好新鮮。將鮑魚切成細舊,配上醬汁脆米,逐羹逐羹咁食,不知不覺間就清哂成煲,完全唔夠喉。餐廳好貼心,喺瓦煲下面加入蠟燭加熱保溫,每一啖都有溫暖

少有見乳豬係西餐上出現,乳豬比我嘅感覺係酒宴上第一道菜。店員話呢個菜係餐廳主打,必試,就試下有幾好味。從盤上隻豬腳仔可見,乳豬用咗幼齒豬仔,肉質非常嫩滑,豬皮燒到脆卜卜,好香口,每啖咬落去啲油都流到去嘴角,嫩滑脆豬點上餐廳自家調配熱情果醬就能夠中和到豬仔嘅油脂,真係絕配。配菜係焦糖菠蘿,菠蘿唔太甜又唔酸,加埋層金黃色焦糖,食落非常開胃。建議食法,一啖豬仔,一啖菠蘿,咁就Perfect match!

香煎帕瑪馬火腿鱈魚卷
好有特色嘅菜式,肉卷用上薄片香煎帕馬火腿捲起鱈魚肉,再澆上明太子忌廉汁。味道相對濃郁,鱈魚味道係火腿襯托下更突出,份外鮮香,又唔會太鹹,加上有層次嘅白汁竟然減低種油膩感,好特別值得一試。

進食期間剛好遇上live performance,琴手同男女主角相互配合帶出悅耳歌聲,加上優美環境,仲有主角美食襯托,絕對係一個十分值得去嘅約會或享受地方。另外,店員對待自然唔會令人有壓力,每道菜都會替換餐具餐盤,亦定時fill水,值得欣賞。

主菜我就揀咗輕煎伊比利亞豬鞍架伴蘋果蓉😆我自己都幾鍾意食豬鞍😌因為我知道整得好嘅話一啲都唔會鞋!佢呢間餐廳好有信心,因為淨係個擺盤已經好吸引😍輕輕煎過所以有份同埋肉汁更加突出。
