香港比較少有吃葡國菜餐廳,原來尖沙咀美麗華開了一間,一天下午和同事來試試,餐廳不是太多人大概一半滿座,餐廳採用較新穎的葡式設計,卡位座位很舒適,侍應為我們介紹不同的食品,我們點了最出名的葡式烤乳豬,有糯米飯及沙律菜伴碟 (外脆內軟)、白酒煮紐西蘭刀背硯(蜆肉偏大隻,厚肉又鮮味)、還有砵酒燴牛尾(味道偏濃,牛尾炆得夠軟),葡式帶子炒意粉(意粉用了香草味道特別帶子大大隻),最後還有傳統烤沙甸魚(沙甸魚經過烤煮味道很香)。中菜適合一家人吃晚餐,希望下次和家人再來。

9月30號晚上7:00訂了七位準備和朋友慶祝生日,當日下午職員來電確認定位及預留半隻乳豬, 晚上6:50到達餐廳, 漆黑一片, 即時到隔鄰的服務處查詢, 原來商場一早通知商戶由於示威活動商場於晚上7:00關閉, 但餐廳職員沒有通知客人,這種不負責任的服務以後以後以後以後都唔會光顧!

雪糕應該係冧酒,我麻麻地酒味,不過見朋友們好鍾意。
右邊係好淡檸檬味既mousse蛋糕,中間下面係海棉蛋糕。

Quite doubtful of the great number of positive reviews ._. Most of the dishes are too salty and the roasted pig ($280 for only 4 pieces of roasted pigs and a small portion of fried rice) is definitely overpriced! The roasted pig tastes like it has not been marinated and it is not crisp at all. The rice that is served along with the pig is so-so and a bit too moist (I suppose fried rice shouldn't be that moist?). The restaurant is spacious and cozy though. Still I guess we will not come to visit

喺香港想搵一間比較好味少少嘅葡國餐其實好難,但點為之好味少少?我嘅指標好簡單,就係同我去澳門食嘅葡國餐做比較。一路都有留意坊間嘅報道同飲食節目,終於留意到呢間葡國餐廳。雖然佢有好多like,食評講到質素如何好,點都要靠自己嘅味蕾品評一次。但嚟到一打開餐牌,心情一沉,點解冇我喺澳門食葡國餐嗰啲基本菜式,包括焗馬介休、焗鴨飯嘅?唔通呢啲唔係葡國餐嘅菜式?細問之下,侍應話其實有焗鴨飯不過餐牌上面冇寫 ... 真係令我覺得好奇怪,但今晚就賣晒,無緣食了。至於燒馬介休就真係冇供應囉!一間葡國餐廳唔做馬介休係咩玩法?食親葡國餐,都會點選果酒Sangria,其實真心冇研究佢究竟係來自西班牙定葡萄牙,只要好味就可以啦,而近年更加鍾意白多個紅。今晚嘅白Sangria非常唔錯,無論酒味、甜度、果香嘅配搭都非常平衡,值得一讚!頭盤首先揀咗葡式拼盤,總共有四樣小食:葡式臘腸、馬介休球、葡式蒜香炸雞、炸魷魚。最差嘅竟然係馬介休球!令我十分之失望!大概只係食到薯蓉,無可否認薯蓉非常幼滑,但外面炸得唔算太脆,即係話,薯蓉本身太濕,麵衣炸皮好快就返潮變淋。至於最重要嘅馬介休,以我呢個馬介休控來講,真係食極都食唔出嚟囉

食親葡國餐,都會點選果酒Sangria,其實真心冇研究佢究竟係來自西班牙定葡萄牙,只要好味就可以啦,而近年更加鍾意白多個紅。今晚嘅白Sangria非常唔錯,無論酒味、甜度、果香嘅配搭都非常平衡,值得一讚!

食葡國菜另一樣食嘅當然係烤沙甸魚。沙甸魚算新鮮,外皮烤得非常脆,非常有油鹽香,魚味濃郁,冇半點腥味。但帶返個頭盔先,食魚肚嘅時候有少少苦,呢點尚可接受,因為呢類型嘅魚個肚通常都會苦苦哋。

跟住落嚟係葡式意粉。呢個意粉真係好葡式,第一啖入口嘅味道就係嗰種葡國菜嘅味道,因為充滿咗黑水欖,亦有加入葡式臘腸,加埋就係好明顯嘅葡國餐味道。而且比較多汁煮得比較濕,似係葡式燴意粉嗰種感覺,味道濃郁,相當好味!

最後揀咗甜品係焗酥皮香蕉薑卷配蜜薑汁,呢個堅係好好味,蕉味濃郁,薑味濃厚,酥皮熱辣辣脆卜卜,配埋雲呢拿雪糕,有冰火嘅感覺,堅係一流!


最後,整體上服務都唔錯,環境亦舒服,空間感算充足。但最後嘅最後,始終認為一間葡國菜餐廳唔供應焗馬介休真係好大嘅敗筆,好失望!

係香港好少會選擇食葡國菜,今次就去華麗華商場一期嘅咪走雞葡國菜試下,係尖沙咀地點方便, 平日去到只係坐左一半位,不用等位,環境舒適,坐得舒服,款式選擇多,出名葡國菜式都有, 但今次叫左 葡式香煎澳洲盲曹魚, 葡式烤焗西班牙黑毛豬,葡式炒飯,食物質素:西班牙黑毛豬烤得外脆內嫩,唔會好嚡,味道唔會太咸, 盲曹魚煎到魚皮脆卜卜,魚肉嫩囗,葡式炒飯,炒到米飯乾身,味道沒有驚喜,總括來說,味道中上,每一道菜擺設精美,食慾大增!!!

好酸咁😝叫番啲甜品中和番先得😍😍😍佢啲甜品都好有特色並唔係一般西餐常見款式,想樣樣都試🤤但波波話飽飽🙈咁試住兩款先😋白酒燉啤梨❤️原個啤梨浸滿白酒去煮的確香甜😍😍😍雖然老人家一宜都喜歡熟到就爛淋淋既啤梨,但呢個啤梨爽爽的,仲好有咬口出奇地好食😋加埋個酥皮同啲cream 係有多重口感👍🏻法式同港式西多士就食得多!葡式既就第一次食,原來佢係砂糖炸粒粒西多士配埋個至愛既😍😍😍玉桂同砵酒做醬🙈係幸福既感覺呀☺️不過略厭個外層炸得比較硬,如果可以做到好似西多士咁軟淋會更無敵😝老人家口味🙊


講埋呢度既環境,我地兩位訂左佢都比左呢個小空間我地,兩個自成一角坐得好舒服,下次訂坐可以Request 一下❤️眼見都有好多人一大班人黎,佢係少見有大圓枱,好岩大家一齊傾計😆😆😆店員都好細心見到我地食完沙甸魚好多骨,主動準備埋碟比我地換☺️👍🏻
