To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification.     今日去咗間「米拉」嘗唔少臺灣小吃，真係有啲嗌得過癮噃！先嚟個「台灣刀削麵」，啖啖彈牙，湯底濃郁得嚟唔膩，真心值得推介！跟住試咗「台式厚多士」，表面香脆得嚟，一啖下去，裡面嘅麵包又軟綿綿，味道好得嚟，好滿足！再點咗「台式香腸」，啱口啱心，呢個啱哂鍾意食香腸嘅朋友。當然唔少得飲品喇，「米拉」嘅「黑糖珍珠鮮奶」，珍珠Q彈，飲落去黑糖香甜，滋味全面兜得住，完美媲美正宗台灣味。試咗杯台灣水果紅茶，解渴又爽口，仲有啲微微酸甜嘅滋味，唔錯喎！但係呢，講真，最出彩嘅非「費城芝士牛肉包」莫屬，咸香嘅牛肉加上熱哂哂嘅芝士，一咬落氣泡四溢，舌尖嗅到嗰啲肉汁同芝士嘅絕妙配合，真係令人一試難忘。整體嚟講，「米拉」喺食物同飲品嘅質素同平民價格之間取得咗一個好balance，愉快嘅食體驗，撐完飽住肚仲想再食，下次一定要帶多啲友人嚟一齊分享呢度嘅好滋味！ continue reading
