To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 由開張食到而家，試過晒牛奶冰室嘅早午晚茶餐，最好食嘅都係晚餐小菜。見證餐廳品質越嚟越差，每次都諗住可能係一時失手，再俾多次機會，但係食完今次認為除非冇選擇，否則幫襯機會不大。今日嗌咗星洲炒米，$68的份量的確好大，足夠兩個人食。賣相係唔錯，配菜又多，但係食落就真係中晒伏。首先，炒米太濕太腍，麵條黐住晒一舊餅咁。雖然配菜種類和份量都算多，但係味道不夠辣，亦沒有黃薑味。這個星洲炒米比較似「星洲濕米」🥲至於餐廳環境還是不俗的，有大玻璃讓自然光透入室內，感覺柔和。餐廳都用手機自助下單，餐具和斟水都係自助，所以侍應與客人的互動位唔多。雖然味道未去到難食，但的確叫人失望。若餐廳打算以份量取勝而捨棄味道，睇嚟會流失越來越多嘅客人。

Weekend 遲起身無食lunch，下午茶時間有d 肚餓，落到黎牛奶冰室，諗住會平d，點知呢一個set都已經55蚊… 我叫左個五香肉丁米粉加炒蛋多士同埋凍檸茶，五香肉丁一般般，d 米粉有d 半透明，質地唔似米粉，d 湯…唔識欣賞，唔似平時常餐d 湯底。不過個炒蛋同多士唔錯。凍檸茶係已經沖好無檸檬果隻，雖然聽落會覺得好化學，但飲落d 味差唔多，同埋唔洗自己篤檸檬。不過下午4點幾呢個價錢，我覺得太貴 但overall又唔係難食嘅…

係香港食市死得的聲音中， 竟然比我食到一餐有心有味道的連鎖店晚餐。 昨晚黎到久違了的牛奶冰室， 不帶期望因為之前食過， 已知服務及食物係“HK style”。 落單掃code發覺無法加上特別要求“少油”， 竟然比位有心的侍應行經聽到， 主動回應我可以幫手要求， 侍應黃小姐忙完轉頭立即到我位人手落單， 態度禮貌一流。 點了魚香茄子及咕嚕肉， 果真少油，食得舒服， 唯白飯稍為多水有dd爛。黃小姐主動放上碗，方便我兩人share 食。 整個晚餐， 因為服務有心增添了不少人情味道。 埋單走去多謝黃小姐服務希望送出鼓勵， 竟然聽到一句“唔好咁講， 應該嘅”。 香港如果繼續有呢種曙光， 就唔會被睇死。

星期一11點半落單，大概等咗半個鐘先有得食⋯同時間隔離幾台客都喺度催緊嗌咗楊州炒飯，Menu睇落個樣唔錯點知上到嚟係咁嘅樣啲飯唔乾身，料更加少得可憐最多嘅係紅蘿蔔，叉燒定唔知肉粒同粒米差不多size，只可以講師傅刀功真係好勁絕對無下次

我去外賣店自取了五香肉丁麵，整體質素普通。麵條有點過軟，且缺乏彈性。五香肉丁的味道尚可，但肉質有些老硬。湯頭的味道普通，缺乏濃郁的鮮味。整體而言，這碗五香肉丁麵並沒有什麼特別之處，就是一份普通的快餐。
