楊州炒飯完全冇味，炒飯的調味應該均勻，過鹹或過淡都會讓人失望。缺乏香氣的油和醬油會使整道菜味道平淡無奇。份量又少，完全唔夠食。炒飯需要適當的火候和技巧，如果炒得過熟或過生，會影響口感和味道。過長時間的翻炒還可能導致米飯變得糊狀。價錢完全對唔起質素。 continue reading
