To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 叫左全日餐金銀蒜花甲魚肉春卷煲仔湯粉絲,圖片題示有煲,餐名都有「煲仔」,最後上餐先得知以湯碗載,會唔會有誤導之嫌?湯唔係好熱,大失所望,價錢都唔係便宜,連凍飲接近65蚊,但春卷得2條,仲要係蚊型size,食2啖就食完1條,花甲正常份量,成件事對唔住個價錢,同一價錢已經可以去連鎖米線店食過橋米線,短期內唔會再幫襯,性價比極低。

今日好攰,冇咩胃口想食得清淡啲又肚餓,所以叫咗鹹蛋芥菜湯飯其實餐牌選擇不多 環境都算整潔座位唔算好窄,都有空間行星期日好多人食 都排咗好耐隊先入到去就咁睇份量都算正常同足料肉片同菜的比例都恰當都好滿鹹蛋就大大粒而且係壓扁咗,所以唔會爛雖然肉片份量都算多,但都偏薄身同細塊湯都偏清淡,其實冇咩鹹蛋味但如果想食得清啲就可以選擇依個

今日約左朋友係屯門市中心食早餐,開始時大家都無咩主意,最後入咗牛奶冰室,時間大約8點半,餐廳都唔算好多人,仲有好多位。餐廳以手機落單,都幾方便,我叫咗✔️牛扒早餐,當中有煎牛扒、炒蛋、丹麥多士、栗米及腸仔,飲品凍杏霜。而我朋友就叫咗✔️濃湯火腿通粉早餐、當中有火腿通粉、炒蛋及丹麥多士,飲品凍檸茶。整體食物質量尚算OK。但牛扒有少少筋位切唔開及凍檸茶太酸。食物質量唔差,且份量足夠,以埋單88元嚟講,算可以接受。另外,送餐有D亂,我建議待應們要加強培訓一下😁。
