這間店平日都多人。地點都方便,所以就走入來試試。乕餐牌都多選擇,看照片亦很吸引。叫了2個餐:生滾牛肉湯通粉配牛乳炒滑蛋及蒜香牛油多士寫了是用牛乳做湯底,牛肉份量OK,湯底夠特別,其他茶餐廳很少有這種配搭。另外份炒蛋及多士都唔HEA。蛋滑,多士有蒜香牛油味,幾好食!整個餐感覺比普通茶餐廳健康一點,多了牛乳湯底,覺得蛋白質很豐富。蒜香蜜汁叉燒煎半焗流心雙蛋飯這個是黯然銷魂飯的加強版吧!首先要大讚他的叉燒,叉燒有濃厚蜜汁,大件多肉,易咬唔韌。而流心太陽蛋有多好食就不在話下,再配上甜豉油就是這個飯的長勝要決。賣相及味道都非常吸引。2個都是午餐,內容跟出面的相似但亦有點特別之處。配上飲品一杯。飽肚滿足!坐位都舒適。不怪得人流都多!價錢亦正常。

配牛乳炒滑蛋及蒜香牛油多士
寫了是用牛乳做湯底,牛肉份量OK,湯底夠特別,其他茶餐廳很少有這種配搭。
另外份炒蛋及多士都唔HEA。蛋滑,多士有蒜香牛油味,幾好食!
整個餐感覺比普通茶餐廳健康一點,多了牛乳湯底,覺得蛋白質很豐富。

蒜香蜜汁叉燒煎半焗流心雙蛋飯
這個是黯然銷魂飯的加強版吧!
首先要大讚他的叉燒,叉燒有濃厚蜜汁,大件多肉,易咬唔韌。而流心太陽蛋有多好食就不在話下,再配上甜豉油就是這個飯的長勝要決。賣相及味道都非常吸引。

2個都是午餐,內容跟出面的相似但亦有點特別之處。配上飲品一杯。飽肚滿足!

坐位都舒適。不怪得人流都多!
價錢亦正常。

新開左牛奶公司的冰室係屯門市廣場附近,於是去光顧左好幾次,都係叫咖哩牛坑腩飯。舊址係佳記冰室,食過幾次,越做越差。牛奶冰室重新主理懐舊咖哩牛坑腩飯$67,及 黑糖牛奶紅豆冰(另加$9。 咖哩好香,還有煮咖哩汁的配料,洋蔥碎等,吾會好稀。飯用珍珠米,米米大又圓,牛腩煮得夠入味,吾鞋口,亦吾多肥肉/肥根。黑糖牛奶紅豆冰,黑糖好好甜,一般飲走甜即磨咖啡的我,試過一次已足夠。紅豆好大粒好甜,已預先混入左糖漿,成杯飲品一定要攪拌好先放入口,否則就是浪費了。

我以前很喜歡意樂的牛扒餐,不過因為愈賣愈貴,又愈來愈唔好食,所以無點一段時間了。見到牛奶冰室有,而且比較平($98 包熱飲),就試吓,結果相當失望。

蘑菇湯同意樂的差不多。牛扒卻比意樂差。係一般茶記很淋較假的那種牛柳,無咩牛味,或牛扒口感。而且偏細塊。好像跟隔離枱正好點了的和味啖啖肉(雞扒+煙肉+蛋+牛扒)的大細差不多,後者肉更多之餘仲要平$10。可以說是CP值極低。

份量算多,調味也正常,可惜牛肉、蘿蔔都炆得唔夠耐,唔入味之餘,牛肉偏硬,蘿蔔很爽脆,只有枝竹夠淋同入味。
