我們三人點了6道菜,其他4道都沒拍照,就簡單介紹一下食材及味道吧!

養生三色餃︰牛肝菌榆耳菠菜餃、杞子鮮蝦蟹肉甘筍餃、帶子羊肚菌紅菜頭餃
先上桌三種艷麗色彩已經吸睛,配以不同餡料可以各自選擇喜歡配料。
我吃的是牛肝菌榆耳菠菜餃,菠菜份量偏少,主要是牛肝菌的濃郁帶出內餡香味。用鮮綠色菠菜水晶皮配吃,咸度適中。唯一可惜是皮及餡太多油了,有點膩感。

魚湯淮山雲耳浸時蔬︰
菜心嫩滑,跟新鮮淮山片及雲耳都超爽口,奶白色鮮魚湯煲煮清爽毫不油膩。一般中菜館或酒樓會吃到的油浸蔬菜,差太遠。

榆耳上素羊肚菌白靈菇豆腐煲︰
經炸過的豆腐也很滑溜,外皮吸入濃郁醬汁。味道少有偏咸,比較適合配以飯麵。

鮑魚花膠竹笙海味灌湯餃︰
沒味精的香濃湯底,滑溜薄皮包著豐富餡料。味道雖不驚艷,但食材質素高,令人滿足。

最後 - 服務方面︰
在門口接待員人手足夠,不會讓客人久等入座,第一印象已經很好。
由下單、上菜、進餐到中途收拾餐具的各個步驟,各個崗位的員工都配合很好。不單是經理主動幫我們加茶水,就連收拾餐具那些崗位的員工都超有禮貌。每一次收拾員工伯伯都跟我說一句多謝,這聲小舉動,會讓食客有種輕喜悅。
米芝蓮餐館價錢也有性價比之分。明閣無論食材質素、味道、環境甚至服務態度,明顯就是高級類別。如果家庭聚會,不妨間中來豪華一次吧!

我地叫左三樣甜品: 桃膠燉鮮奶、杏仁茶、楊枝甘露,價錢同出面糖水舖差不多,但質素遠高於出面水平,真係好足料味道夠!

杏仁茶沖調比例剛剛好,我自己本身對杏仁茶一般,太怕杏仁濃烈既味道,呢杯既比例係令我想飲落去,仲配左塊曲奇,好鬆脆,配菜都唔馬虎🤤
楊枝甘露係我食過最好食,糖水底超級足料,好香芒果味,芒果粒都好甜,粒粒西米、柚子粒,仲有件芒果糯米糍,煙煙韌韌皮薄餡靚,真心大推!😋

作為米芝蓮餐廳,佢既菜保持到水準,質素對得住價錢,今餐飯食得好滿足,爸爸媽媽都話好食。餐廳環境又好,每張枱之間都有一定距離,坐得舒服,食得又放心👍🏼

翠塘藍天使蝦羹:好大膽用上菠菜做湯底色調,加入一絲絲蝦肉同滑捋捋蛋白,整個湯頭色香味俱全,不會過咸的湯羹,飲落似飲緊帶子蟹皇羹。藍天使蝦不用多說是頂級食材,口感清甜,肉質結實。☺️

黑椒M9和牛龍蝦鉗: 黑椒調味得好重手,有點過火,和牛肉質好鮮嫩多汁,唯比黑椒汁蓋住其牛味,龍蝦鉗好扎實,整體一般。幸好有兩粒菜膽中和重口味。

原隻吉品乾鮑扣花膠柚皮:柚皮是一道好考功夫的菜,要經過無限次洗淨先可以使其入味不帶苦澀。柚皮吸收鮑魚汁精華,好軟糯!花膠高質食落黏口,骨膠原滿滿。重點吉品鮑魚好濃厚味道,彈性咬口,回味無窮。

家鄉釀竹笙扒時蔬:竹笙入面釀滿了豬同蝦肉混合物,好彈牙,大量菠菜做底部,用上高湯煮菜,清一清口腔不錯。

濃雞湯海味片兒麵:有得玩有得食既一道菜,一碗充滿雞絲、魷魚🦑、搖柱、蝦干、香菇海味,用「鮮」黎形容最好不過,片兒麵用上豬油炸至香脆,可適量淋上濃雞湯,變成豪華版麵條。

十勝紅豆🫘桂花糕+啤梨鳳梨酥:桂花味突出,紅豆清甜,夠曬凍同彈,不錯。 鳳梨酥造成啤梨造型,好可愛,而且夠曬熱辣辣,內餡鳳梨餡不會太甜, 恰到好處。

Ming Court is the first and only Michelin starred restaurant at Mong Kok, the district with highest population density in HK. She is famous in the luxurious Cantonese cuisine. The baked crab with the crab shaped container was the highlight of the menu. Fresh crab meat with the onion provide fresh and sweet taste. The deep fried chicken tastes extremely crispy and juicy. However, the fungi with spinach tastes not that wonderful, just like what I can taste in low class restaurant that makes me a feel disappointed.
