朋友有信用卡coupon,約我去試吓高級食府,俾高級價錢😂食肆地方寬敞,最特別係餐椅有一塊板伸出嚟可放手袋賣相普通,可能用靚豬肉,所以唔落太多醃料。味道偏淡,燶嘅地方唔夠香,勝在豬肉好腍,肉質鮮嫩第一次食咁嘅款式牛肉球😅。牛肉有口感但唔係死實實。如果上湯熱啲,點心的味道就會提升。蝦餃大隻,蝦肉份量足,但皮較厚,食唔到有筍。燒賣整體較蝦餃好,餡料配彈牙蝦肉,有口感呢個點心,唔係食灌湯餃,而係飲佢嘅熱辣辣鮑魚花膠海鮮湯,味道濃郁。灌湯餃就一般,皮薄,饀料切到細細粒,易入口。外脆內軟,比一般咸水角皮薄,幾好食!炒得入味,但XO醬唔夠,要自己加枱上面的XO醬調味。香脆好食,蝦肉都係彈牙。可能開始飽,沒有想食第二件的感覺!傳說中的蛋散都係不外如是,唔係特別鬆化,芝麻同糖漿亦唔夠。

6)佢再番唻的時候就隨口講廚房整緊。我再三追問我落左咩單,佢係亂答左係另一個商務午餐(日),佢由始此終都無解釋到發生左咩事,道歉或者嘗試做任何野去補救。我地要求要投訴渠道,佢好落力咁去張羅咭片比我地,但無做過任何野安撫我地。
7)直到我問佢咁宜家點,佢先講可能同事落漏左單,去到呢刻先同我重新落左單並提出FREE呢一餐比我地
8)之後佢地就瘋狂咁上菜,20分內堆滿曬成張枱,啲野基本放到凍曬,連基本上菜禮儀都無,要記住個陣時全個場已經走得七七八八,無客人要serve
9)食到咁上下manger 到場,我呢刻就好surprised,因為岩岩講manager 係無番工。不過都算。經理到場就解釋話落單system壞左,同事唔慣,有機會搞錯,請左好多替假所以service服務唔好。再offer 我地下次再到明閣用餐,但係就無約日子,亦沒講低之後會點聯絡番我地,而我就24/12 等到27/12都無任何電話係由餐廳打出
10)其實我作為一個顧客係唔會需要理你operation 問題。我需要只係一個事實就係漏左單,一個道歉同主動提出一個補救方案,而唔係等我問:咁宜家即係點先提出。
11)我地繼續食完之後等左大約5-10分鐘,都無人再出現跟進佢個所謂的offer
12)更震撼嘅係,番屋企睇番佢menu先知原來佢地無按我地點嘅menu比餸我地。個感覺就係「有咩出得比你食,塞住你把口就算」

The lobster was springy but the flavors of this dish was not too prominent. What may have happened was that it was served right after two strongly flavored dishes(the soup and crab shell). Maybe serving it after he appetizers would do the trick.

未食之前,睇食評講到點好食,仲有好多人都大推芋角好好食,亦都抱住好大期望,食到啦,唔係講到咁誇張,係,芋角炸得好鬆脆好鬆化,但餡料味道唔特別,平平無奇,最失敗個灌湯餃,直情無餡料,個湯淨係濃烈乾瑤柱味,飲完呢餐茶,只係食咗點心,都唔打算再去試晚飯。有時食嘢,外在環境因素影響都會影響食慾,隔離枱個男人係咁,咳吐,咳吐,講嘢又大聲,又無枱可以換,已經無謂口去品嘗,食嘢真係好講彩數,遇著有呢啲客係隔離,真係….👍我好鍾意張櫈,可以拉出塊板放袋,呢樣我好欣賞。

【整體而言自己就覺得(沒有比拼沒有傷害),但是如果攞米芝蓮星星的中菜廳來比拼,就以尖沙咀區兩間嘗試過的為例,這一間就較為失色,不論食物又或者服務,不過以旺角區這個價錢在酒店中其實已算不過不失,沒抱太大期望,所以沒有太大失望,雖然是入了廂房但是三張枱都比較嘈,相信跟在廳面坐不遑多讓。】

Cordis 酒店既 Chuan Spa 推出 Spa & Dine Package,而 Dine 就係喺呢間米芝蓮星級餐廳享用午市套餐。環境就相當唔錯,地方好大,好闊落,服務一流。先睇下嗰套餐餐牌,都幾豐富,但發覺甜品係蛋白杏仁茶,由於有敏感既關係,同服務員就安排以紅豆沙取代,相當甜心。每枱都會奉上兩個醬料,分別係XO醬同豆干醬,XO醬好鮮味,鹹度唔高,瑤柱同蝦米都有咬口,算唔錯。豆干醬味道就比較濃,配搭主食,個人覺得偏鹹。先黎既係明閣點心拼盤,全部新鮮即整,熱度十足👍🏻先講牛肝菌榆耳菠菜餃,菌味香濃,菠菜就純粹係皮既顏色,清清地,唔錯。再黎黑毛豬鹹水角,炸得好好,皮外面好脆,裡面軟糯,內餡豬肉有咬口,調味惹味,好食😋最後筍尖藍天使蝦餃,皮薄,大大粒蝦肉,又夠爽口,推介👍🏻👍🏻之後係天天老火湯,當日豬肉煲粉葛,夠晒火口,唔錯。再黎係黑皮雞樅菌炒蝦球帶子,非常出食,試過就明🤭🤭到鍋燒鮑魚粒瑤柱燴飯,味道ok 既,但偏油膩,而且沒咩鮮味,鮑魚粒同瑤柱大細粒,所以味道唔出,同埋口感唔夠好。最後紅豆沙就正常水平,不過不失。整體水準都幾好,值得再去。
