今日行過見人買我買,排緊隊聽d人講邊隻好食,邊隻係最愛,心唸應該唔差!我就買左伯爵茶同芋頭味! 芋頭味有d好細粒既芋蓉,但整體cream多,蛋糕成份唔多,味就好一般! 之後試埋個伯爵茶,因係有焦糖關係試左好甜,同樣呢個cake都係多cream ,每件我食左1/3, 食完覺得好漏好多cream, 我唔會想試佢其他口味,都估到應該都係cream多,同埋一件既價錢我覺得稍微貴左dd, 如果好食都覺得冇所謂,有點失望!

首先賣相係吸引,但原味個cream睇落好白,平時見多數米黃色。原味食落,cream佔咗起碼三份一,同完全無蛋香,只有奶味,食左2/3啖已經好漏。我個人偏好蛋糕或手指餅層濕啲,有啲人中意乾啲,所以無話好壞。 但cream部分真係做得唔好,希望可以改進。我都係食完覺得好失望先留言。伯爵茶味都係同樣問題,個cream太漏,食完好似食左牛油似住個口腔咁。 以差唔多60蚊價錢食,我覺得好唔值,cream同餅比例唔好,仲要唔好食。

呢款係我最期待嘅口味, 因為我本身勁鍾意食蒙布朗,食落都係同其他口味一樣有同樣問題,忌廉份量太多而且加咗vanilla oil嘅cream?所以食落第一啖栗子嘅味道唔係最突出!但中間嗰層混合栗子蓉嘅忌廉係好味嘅!

老實講,鍾意食忌廉嘅人一定會好鍾意, 因為佢每一件款式嘅忌廉比例都超級多,可能有人會覺得應該忌廉減少佔比,多番一層手指餅乾,但我覺得呢點係睇返個人口味,有啲人鍾意食cream就會好鍾意!但我著重係佢喺甜度嘅把控,欣賞佢係用零卡糖,好彩佢係用零卡糖製作所以食落先唔會太膩,而且我本身鍾意食甜品,所以一口氣食曬成件都冇咩問題! 我睇網上有人講佢嘅忌廉係用mascarpone 加vanilla oil, 確實味道真係有啲似!

Btw其實我覺得佢可以比例上落番多啲whipping cream 令整體奶味更加香濃會更好! 依家佢稱唔上係一件提拉米蘇只可以話係一件精緻奪目嘅蛋糕,靚到發射心心眼嘅程度😍 因為佢只喺部分製作上參考咗提拉米蘇嘅做法,使用手指餅乾代替一般嘅蛋糕胚,但味道上有缺少咗提拉米蘇應有嘅蛋香濃郁風味!

但整體上都好欣賞呢間小店嘅心思同風格,有關注店家平台都知道成日出新款式,完全感受到佢用心製作同埋對甜品嘅熱愛,相信店主日後亦都會慢慢改良蛋糕嘅口味,支持小店!

之後經過會再試下其他口味,店員都好熱烈推薦「芋治金時配年糕夾心」佢話有同事一口氣買咗4件食,有機會再試下!

店家的Tiramisu可算是新派的款式,單是口味就已經有十款,相當吸引!這天就選了其中四個從未見過的口味組合跟家人一同分享~
先說一下店家的跟外邊吃到的製法完全不同:以鬆軟意大利手指餅代替浸透咖啡酒的手指餅、以Mascarpone芝士和牛奶拌成的芝士餡代替純意大利軟芝士和用上稀少糖取代白砂糖,這幾個改動足以令Tiramisu的口感徹底改變!奶味偏重、口感更軟滑、甜度低熱量也低啊~ 更健康的更無負擔的吃甜點,誰不會愛呢?
一直都喜歡吃芋泥,這個厚手工芋泥提拉米蘇自然成為囊中物!頂部是滿滿紫薯粉的芝士餡,內裡就是超厚手工芋泥,綿密軟糯,帶濃郁芋香並無添加香料,香醇柔滑,且帶點顆粒的蓬鬆口感,不太甜更能吃到芋頭的味道,愛吃芋泥的朋友要吃啊!
身邊很多朋友喜歡吃用Oreo製作的甜品或手搖飲品,自己則對這個不算有太大興趣,但因為這個Tiramisu的成份令我有興趣想試一下 Oreo跟海鹽這個組合~ 整件Tiramisu表層都佈滿Oreo碎,還有一塊完整的Oreo,店員還會在切開蛋糕一刻灑試海鹽粒,賣相漂亮極了!原以為這款會很甜很膩,可是海鹽的鹹味、Oreo碎令整件的味道跟口感都變得更豐富,有種吃「cookies & cream」的感覺,相信愛吃Oreo的朋友一定會喜歡~
而另一款想來應該是有點特別的,因為抺茶跟椰子這個組合實在令人期待!店家採用日本產的小山園抹茶粉,質素已經有一定的保證!抹茶粉份量灑得有點多,中間的手指餅也沾滿抹茶醬,茶濃甘香不苦澀,中和Tiramisu的微甜感;吃到後段更會滲出淡淡的椰子香,清新感十足,非常新奇!意想不到兩種食材原來如此有火花~
最後吃這個香港特有的口味:楊枝甘露!沒想過如此地道的港式甜品也可以做成美味的Tiramisu,而且所用食材也跟平常吃到的楊枝甘露一樣, 有芒果、柚子跟西米!這個真的是個人推薦,酸甜的芒果肉跟柚子肉令味道變得更清爽,吃起來跟吃一碗楊枝甘露也沒太大分別,煙韌的西米粒增加了Tiramisu的層次,甜而不膩,也沒有柚子的苦澀味,入口像極了芒果慕斯蛋糕,完全沒有半點違和感,是如此出色的配搭,絕對推介!

店家在開業不足兩個月就大受歡迎,雖然只是一間小小的外賣店,但由店面到Tiramisu的造型都充斥著濃厚的韓系奶油感,每一款都是擁有IGable的外觀,店員會根據客人需要即場切開單件或原條Tiramisu買走,予人極大的新鮮感!除此以外,特色的口味也是激發起客人的興趣,這次只嚐過其中幾款,還有桂花酒釀丸子、北海道豆乳丸子、海鹽焦糖蜜栗子等的新奇食材組合,更會定期推出不同的創意口味,務求關注度一直升溫!每件雖然價錢不算便宜,但其實份量十足性價比高!加上店家標榜以健康的食材配方製作,好食又健康,難怪店家門前總有絡繹不絕的人龍啦!
