奥海城二期這間發源自日本鎌倉的「紅葉茶屋」,是繼旺角 TOP商場的第一間香港分店後的第二間分店。這次光顧,我覺得它的食物質素,只是一般,未見出色。吃的是午餐,點的是餐廳中肉定食系列的「牛肉壽喜燒定食」($98)。這定食雖是餐廳的紅葉推介之一,試過後,就覺得不外如是,與其他日本餐廳的壽喜燒相比,並無過人之處。這定食是配「野菜豚肉湯」的,湯清清的,味道雖足夠,卻無特別。定食中的兩款配菜,不過不失,不特別好,也不特別差。主角的「牛肉壽喜燒」,賣相倒是不錯的,材料看來也幾豐富。帶甜的湯,正常的味道,把附上的溫泉蛋倒進去,與牛肉、冬菇、豆腐、洋蔥等撈勻一起伴飯吃,飽肚,但以差不多一百元的價錢,性價比著實不高。

主角的「牛肉壽喜燒」,賣相倒是不錯的,材料看來也幾豐富。帶甜的湯,正常的味道,把附上的溫泉蛋倒進去,與牛肉、冬菇、豆腐、洋蔥等撈勻一起伴飯吃,飽肚,但以差不多一百元的價錢,性價比著實不高。

我叫咗個一口和牛定食,朋友叫咗個豚肉拉麵。
首先,我個定食嚟咗,我食到一半嘅時候見朋友碗拉麵未到,見隔離枱遲過我哋落單嘅吉列豬扒定食都到咗,我就決定追一追單,位侍應姐姐就話幫我跟一跟 。

到隔一陣,我都食完喇,位侍應姐姐仲嬉皮笑臉叫入廚房話:人哋食完喇,你出得未呀?(其實當時餐廳唔多人,基本上佢講完果句全餐廳都聽到)

講完態度,講番食物。
個一口和牛定食附送湯同前菜 - 個湯一飲就係大量味精溝水,飲咗一啖我就成晚都口乾到爆。兩個前菜一個無味,一個勁咸。到個一口牛,啖啖都咸到暈,所以個定食我最快食晒嘅係碗白飯。

至於碗拉麵 - 其實係超市買任何一種即食拉麵返屋企煮都好食過佢。

環境黎講,坐卡位嘅話都算坐得闊落,但係如果坐普通枱嘅話可能會有少少迫,但係整體來講個環境都係乾淨嘅。我自己就叫咗個海鮮茶漬飯,賣相一流,個飯仲包左兩個小菜,有啲冬菇豆腐等等,味道正常。海鮮茶漬飯可以有兩個食法,一係就咁食好似刺身飯咁樣,一係就加埋佢比你嘅湯倒落去好似茶漬飯咁食。我個人就覺得刺身飯啲飯太熱,同埋冇咩醋味,令個飯食落唔係太好食。而啲刺身都一般般,吞拿魚刺身完全冇咩味,口感都好硬,感覺唔係好新鮮。三文魚就比較正常,但係如有味都唔係話好重,甜蝦同三文魚子喺入面最好食嘅。如果當係茶漬飯咁樣食嘅話,我自己覺得就唔係幾夾,同埋個飯量都係偏小,男仔食可能唔係好夠食,如果以$109呢個價錢就唔係幾抵食男朋友叫咗個牛肉壽喜燒,呢個就好食好多,同埋牛肉嘅份量都幾多,壽喜燒湯底正常,佢仲會俾埋隻溫泉蛋你當係醬咁點嚟食,抵食好多。

Happy Friday諗住試啲新野食,前排知道奧海城開左新餐廳,今次就首先黎食依間紅葉茶屋。佢中午無特別lunch set,淨係得主餐牌,如果係咁我覺得食晚餐會抵啲因為一樣價錢。餐牌主食普遍都要$70幾蚊以上,定食就要$80-100幾不等。我叫左個吉列豬排滑蛋丼定食($84),諗住應該都比較穩陣。個定食有附兩個漬物前菜同埋碗湯。湯嘅胡椒粉都落得頗多,有啲重口味,同埋佢啲前菜都幾鹹下,我食左兩啖就放棄左。至於主食,賣相睇落都正正常常,不過一夾啲豬排,皮同肉好容易散開哂,成碗野基本上都食唔到一塊完整嘅吉列豬排。佢啲肉就煮得好淋,但係覺得淋到好似唔知食緊咩咁。雖然個丼飯分量都唔少,但係依個價錢比咁樣嘅質素真係有啲失望,唔建議叫依個吉列豬排滑蛋丼。下次如果仲有機會再黎食,應該唔會再叫主食,會想試佢啲甜品多啲。

我們點了豪華海鮮茶泡飯, 鐵火茶漬飯, 黑麻油拉麵和腐皮烏冬。


蠻有特色的是茶漬飯可以加錢選鯛魚湯或蝦湯。我們兩款都點了。


不一會食物都到了。鯛魚湯確實是蠻鮮甜的, 與海鮮茶泡飯蠻襯的。蝦湯味道帶有咸香,味道相當濃郁。雖然飯粒偏硬, 但配料都算頗新鮮,沒有欺場。

留意到鰻魚茶漬飯的吃法基本上就和名古屋的鰻魚飯「櫃」一樣, 即先不要下湯吃,然後加配料再吃,最後才加湯來吃。好像挺有趣。


黑麻油拉麵則不敢恭唯, 湯底鮮味很薄弱, 麵條亦太淋。

下午茶時間,路過此處,原來新張不久,細看餐牌,有我至愛的抹茶甜品,就光顧一下。有各式各樣的抹茶甜點如芭菲、雪糕等等。。。因本身對紅荳有點抗拒,千揀萬揀只有一款,紅豆比例較少。下單時,還特意說要「走好荳」。抹茶雪糕味道不算很濃,當然和日本宇治抹茶相比,還有點距離。但可算合格,是那回事。唯有扣分,就是脆皮杯疏氣了,不夠脆。

奧海城開了一家新日式食堂新店新口味來嚐鮮餐廳採GULU App抽牌,當天在地鐵就抽好,差不多等5分鐘就有位了食物種類有定食、刺身、烏冬等生薑燒豚肉定食豚肉的肉質還算軟,配上醬口味偏重,一旁的配菜口感都還算不錯生薑放在一旁配著豚肉吃,搭配起來好好味吉列炸豬扒定食剛上桌時豬扒熱呼呼,香味四溢。但是豬扒食起來肉身有點過乾,附上的醬汁也不太合口味,本道不太推薦整體而言餐廳整體空間不大,桌距不是很寬,餐點上餐速度尚待加強,約略20分之才上菜,食物表現不過不失,以這樣的口味和份量價格偏高
