To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 咁就入咗嚟呢間茶餐廳,下午茶嘅款式都幾多。最後我揀咗呢樣嘢。

想食清淡小小,佢既米粉幾好食 炆得幾入味,好夠熱~

啲叉燒係好香口質感係滑脫脫,加上蔥油嘅清香,加入淡淡的蛋黃汁,簡直係難以形容👍🏻雖然我個朋友對叉燒好講究,認為佢唔係世界上最好味嘅叉燒,但對我來講佢就係世界上最好味嘅叉燒啦😜😜😜
星洲炒米,米粉係好重要㗎💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
而佢哋採取嘅米粉,同竹米粉好近似。
下一次去嘅時候,等我請教下佢哋到底用咗邊一隻咁好味嘅米粉❤️

不過如果落呢間餐廳嘅朋友仔,記得帶多件外套呀,啲冷氣真係凍到飛起呀😅😅
有我最喜歡嘅炸脾,唔洗揀即叫。
凍檸茶茶底淡,唔太好。
都等左10分鐘有多,應該係即炸。主角炸脾薯條,第一眼望落去色水唔錯,金黃無過燶。
薯條乾身唔油膩好脆口,非常好。上碟亦落左少少椒鹽,夠晒味。
然後到雞脾,唔算大隻,但都okay。一食就知係即炸,肉剛熟亦都有肉汁,皮炸得好脆香口。有少少少少咸,但我仲接受到。
會再幫襯。
題外話,有位戴眼鏡嘅侍應姐姐非常耐心咁幫一位伯伯落單,服務態度唔錯。
大概1:30pm左右到,3個人要等下位,明顯樓面唔夠,見到有位,但冇人執枱等左一陣就安排入座,但餐牌上選擇唔算多,不過粉麵飯都齊,價錢適中。不過想order 要自己行出去搵人,因為樓面姐姐真心忙但態度好好,呢下加分
我叫左個避風塘炒麵,明顯重點係上面乾蒜,份量比預期少,有d魚旦同蝦仁,大量芽菜,但麵太少,好彩味道ok! 而另一半叫咗麻辣牛肉炒飯,唔係好聞到又辣味,但食落口就真係有麻辣感覺,而且夠鑊氣,唔錯!而媽辛苦左個米線酸辣湯,不過就差啲了,湯太少,可以多d酸味多d湯更好!
整體唔錯,如果有多d餐點選擇會仲好!
