To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 原本係OpenRice 落單自取，過左幾分鐘都無人接單已經打電話問餐廳有冇收到，叫佢睇下OpenRice 機接單。店員回覆話好，咁我收就收線，到餐廳樓下都未接單，我都費事再打去。到門市問店員有冇接單落單，OpenRice 機都無開！咁我打電話問佢時佢唔接單係咪應該同我講？我電話落左先再退款。最後要等15分鐘拎外賣都冇時間食自己果份，唯有淨係幫朋友買。拎到返朋友新居先知無畀餐具，新居未入伙完全無餐具可用！最後要搵剪刀同夾食西多士🫠如果餐廳唔提供外賣餐具或者要收費係咪應該問下客人需唔需要？

今日試咗佢哋嘅香煎豬扒麻酸米線。首先，豬扒煎得好香好脆，肉質嫩滑多汁，夾喺米線入面，口感一流。麻酸醬汁都好正，麻辣夠味，加埋酸酸嘅味道，令人食嘅時候唔會厭膩。米線煮得啱啱好，唔會太腍太爛，好適合配埋呢款豬扒同醬汁。整體嚟講，呢碟麻酸豬扒米線真係好好味，值得推介！奶茶好香濃，口感滑順，唔會太甜。佢哋用嘅茶葉好新鮮，香味好濃郁，令到啲奶茶好有層次感。加咗啲凍奶，啲奶泡又細緻又豐富，令奶茶口感更加豐富。
