Back for their signature Peking duck. They roast their 42 days duck with applewood, though u can’t really taste it. But there is no doubt that it is probably the go to place for Peking duck in Central. Their duck is relatively fatty, especially tht chest piece which you dip in sugar. We topped up to have their duck meat with duck liver sausage and lettuce cup to cleanse off the grease.

The second favorite of the night has to be their fried king prawn. Huge prawns served piping hot as they are freshly fried, covered in a sweet and tangy sauce.

Their Iberico pork chasiu was nice too. Fatty, just hoped it could have a bit more char.

Their Alaskan crabmeat fried nice doesn’t look special but tasted ok. Dry and 粒粒爽.

I think the 小籠包 and 魚香茄子 were rather average so no need to order it here.

Seriously, skip all the Chinese desserts as they were all seriously bad! Save your buck!

不過服務方面就較為失色,對比這個價錢就不太值了。首先紅酒方面較為失望,當提出想點紅酒的時候,一是沒有侍酒師提供建議,一支紅酒大約$800或以上,當中酒水mark up 最高,要的是侍酒師入酒的眼光和建議~這方面就不太化算。


第二是服務欠殷勤,尤是當晚的男經理,幫倒忙,弄巧反拙也沒有道歉,仍一臉沒有歉意,令當晚生日慶祝也一肚子氣☹️


總括而言,這餐廳的收費與服務和食物不太成正比,可能較為適合商務客~
