To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日假期，但係得自己一個人過但係又好想打邊爐始終辛苦咗成個星期到星期六都想休息吓獎勵吓自己一個人其實都唔知食得啲乜最後決定火鍋放題見到呢度有個早鳥優惠下午4:30前入座可以有折扣$198 (平日嘅話係188，不過今日星期六要加多$10)就已經任食90分鐘，包埋基本飲品老老實實啲肉就唔係真係講到咁貴價，咁日本嘢。不過，加埋一先$217到咁但係比我一個人可以食到多少少唔同種類嘅嘢食蔬菜肉類樣樣有啲所以都覺得值回票價嘅特別如果係有幾個朋友一齊又鍾意飲酒嘅話都幾推介。因為可以加多少少錢就任飲Ashai啤酒添當然啦如果正價嘅話就真係唔推介啦因為正價嘅話應該可以再去第度食好啲

藍灣半島呢間，其實我今次係第二次食，第一次食叫咗嘢等咗20分鐘到，啲嘢未送來，隔離抬一坐低叫嘢即送到，態度好差但第一次無趕人走。今次非常之不愉快，放題90分鐘，未到一個鐘不停咁趕人，每幾分鐘過嚟趕一次，有冇咁樣做生意啊？仲分店咁多點樣管理啊？70分鐘攞單過嚟買又趕人走，放題我未加過單，d幾個男職員態度服務差到一個點，我走咗之後先至知道原來未夠鐘⋯我留個單底，希望你哋負責人可以俾我一個交代！否則我會搵消費委員會或上網上報？我亦都有send咗email去你哋公司email戶口，睇吓你哋點樣比我一個滿意嘅答覆。
