To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 今日係2017既最後一日,仲要係假期星期日,除夕倒數出街食預左多人。晏晝出動,同朋友行下街睇下電影打發時間,失算左既係,電影完場時間已差唔多到左夜晚開飯黃金時段,仲要係旺角區,都心知不妙。
由是呢日天氣幾凍下,實在不得不去打番個邊爐賀賀佢(3個人打散叫邊爐又唔抵食又貴),但係旺角2小時任食邊爐條龍長到望唔到盡頭咁濟﹛於是靈機一觸,諗起黃埔果頭角位都有間任食打邊鋪,於是即刻搭地鐵過黎。
黎到都係7點15分左右,門外有為數10多人,扲左籌3個人要等15張枱。就係咁一等等左成2個幾鐘,差唔多10點先入座(不過大時節真係要有好強既心理準備預左),晚餐變消夜,唔敢想像係旺角排會唔會變左早餐呢,哈哈)
係漫長既等待期間既揀好湯底,辛辣泡菜同豬骨湯底,揀食最BASIC級數既牛牛。其實堅持排,最大原因係鐘情日式邊爐多於中式,個湯底多花款變化,辛辣泡菜湯係完勝,仲有一班友都係牛王精,最鐘意食牛,黎到其實都主要主打任食牛,已經唔太記得消化左幾多碟牛,就係勁食無極限既LEVEL抵銷番晒回本,日式打邊黎講味道不俗,所以等都值既。
除夕夜呢日好難忘,有別於一般既除夕,皆因等食等左2個半鐘咁濟。不過同三五知己聚埋一齊開心飲飲食食,值得。
等咗15分鐘先有位,呢間都算大,環境好寬敞! 坐低之後店員好快set好個鍋, 出去夾完丸,蔬菜之後,個湯就差唔多滾,可以開始放野食入去!店員服務好周到:會每人比一個小膠袋裝住部電話,可以一路食一路用電話 haha
再講吓肉嘅質素,可能我同d friend嗌嘅係最平嘅套餐,所以唔係食最靚嘅牛,感覺質素一般,不過勝在時間充裕,可以食到好飽!
順帶一提,佢個雪糕都係任食,仲有好多topping選擇!
俾著係星期六日實排晒長龍架,不過今次係閒日黎食,即刻有位我地叫左最平而又有牛肉食既果個套餐:美國進口牛肉放題 $168/人。我成日都食依個套餐架,因為覺得性價比高,而佢亦都有好多其他放題套餐俾人選擇,主要係以牛肉嘅質素黎分級。
以任飲任食嘅火鍋來計,食物質素不錯而整體服務良好,每人加埋一先$185左右,如果做埋會員仲有9折間中黎食下係十分okay架

湯頭味道普通,蕃茄湯感覺有點色素
勝在點既sauce搭救,蘿蔔蓉好正,加埋豉油,簡簡單單已經很不錯
揀左168蚊既放題,雞牛豬每樣都有
牛真係好好味,半肥瘦岩岩後,前後食左3碟
另外有丸類(墨丸,芝士丸)都好推薦,但芝士丸就不能吃太多,一粒就已經好飽

補充一下,如果雪糕係乳酪雪糕會好d,會無咁膩 (是晚2款雪糕口味,哈密瓜/牛奶)試左哈密瓜,聞落好香,食落味道就唔出,而且好快溶,希望會改進

加上自助吧的沙律、蔬菜、丸類、飯、粉麵、甜品等等同樣任食,絕對飽足。
食得牛涮鍋,就係瘋狂叫牛啦,我哋個set係澳洲和牛,所以梗係瘋狂食,尤其打邊爐,夾一塊滾一塊即刻食嘅滋味實在係太正啦。除咗牛,餐廳都有好多其他火鍋料例如丸呀、蔬菜呀等等,亦都有熟食,我就鐘意個炒飯(又或者係我天生係飯桶)。
值得一講嘅就係哩間牛涮鍋嘅蔬菜十分新鮮十分靚,我最驚就係d菜梅梅爛爛咁,而新解蔬菜就啱啱好幫我哩個食肉獸平衡一下。最後我同朋友都食到要捧住個肚走。又係溫馨提示,晚市太多人啦,大家要早d去等位。

lunch日本和牛係298$, 比晚市368平,時間都係90分鐘
叫左清湯+黑蒜醬油湯底
牛肉上枱後,有少少失望,感覺唔係好靚,肥瘦唔太均勻,色澤都一般,有幾塊邊位有少少黑邊,感覺係切好左擺隔夜(間舖開12點,開舖無幾耐入去吃,眼見無人叫最貴既日本和牛餐,舖頭將尋晚吃剩既拿比客,其實呢做法應該都好平常)
吃落口,味道唔差,的確係比最平既美國牛滑,牛味香濃,無美國牛果種濃得黎帶少少蘇味
之前都係呢間吃過澳洲和牛餐,感覺兩者味道唔差太遠,澳洲和牛抵吃d
叫第二轉,第三轉牛,質素比第一轉頭靚仔d,呢樣抵讚!
雖然本身都知道日本和牛有分a1-a5, a5最好, 普偏人會鍾意a4,因a5油份高d,未必個個接受.
一般任吃火鍋店既都係比最低既級數(火鍋吃法吃唔到靚牛既最好狀況),但眼見餐廳既所有餐單所顯示既日本和牛餐圖片,好明顯係a4級數和牛,點餐後見到上枱既質素,難免會有“理想與現實”既感覺。
豬肉方面係丹麥既皇冠豚肉,丹麥係養豬大國,出產既豬肉質素好好,的確呢度既豬肉,係我試過噤多連鎖品牌之中味道最好,完全無蘇味,口感爽滑帶濃濃肉香。
日本和牛餐包埋任吃海鮮
有廣島蠔,魷魚,凡立貝,海蝦
海蝦,魷魚好靚,肉質爽甜,亦都特意叫多兩轉,可惜吃完牛,豬後都好飽,想吃多d海鮮都吃唔落。
因自己係愛酒人士,次次黎都必+18$asahi飲生啤,而且次次都飲5,6杯,所以拉上補下,每次黎吃都覺得好抵,好回本,亦好推介鐘意吃牛肉+飲酒既朋友光顧。
last but not least,呢度d員工好好,上菜快,無漏單,態度好,每次用餐感覺都好好,希望可以一直保持落去。
我地去到已經有位,唔洗等,一坐底就睇menu,揀想食嘅牛肉,我地最尾揀咗U.S.特上牛,湯底就日式甜醬油同豬骨濃湯。
係等緊牛肉嘅同時,我地就出去夾其他配菜啦。
牛肉味幾重,又唔韌,我地都添食咗幾round,食到飽哂我地都好乖,全部野都食哂,無剩
總括黎講,午餐係算抵嘅,仲有果汁任飲,味道ok
We ordered the cheapest option at $68 per person with one dish of US beef, whatever you can choose assorted meat. The portion is definately less than that of the unlimited refill one but we thought it's still worth to pay for the quality beef. The US beef was very soft even if it was cooked to well done. The US chicken was smooth and had a texture of having been boiled. It wasn't particularly bad.

但黃埔店就好企理,雖然鋪細佢既任食料係比較少,其他分店既任食吧明顯較多選擇,咁去食Shabu shabu都係主食牛肉既啫,唔通喪食乜丸乜丸塞飽個肚咩,其實牛肉再加d菜就夠皮啦!
我今日揀美國牛,因為Citi bank有85折,食貴一級都係抵既。美國牛味濃d,我鍾意佢無和牛咁多油脂咁膩,食多幾片都無問題!我喺呢間食有個習慣,一定係揀泡菜湯底,然後自己喪加蕃茄,個湯會濃好多,諗起今晚都再想去食!
