To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前都有係其他分店食過牛涮鍋，Moko新開之後成日見好多人排隊，打風無咩人就入去食，環境好光猛👍🏻幾乾淨👍🏻好闊落👍🏻都係平時有嘅🥗沙律、冷盤、甜品（雪糕:番薯同牛奶味）、火鍋配料(比以前少種類）不過牛肉質素好過以前👍🏻食LV.2已經足夠👍🏻🍤炸物區：炸雞肉薯條、炸雞髀菇、炸黃金蝦蘇、炸薯條、炸雞、炸魚皮🍢熱食區：關東煮料理、皇杰濃咖哩、蒜蓉牛油魷魚圈、麻辣鴨血、日式炒雜菜

好奈無去過旺角新世紀廣場的mou mou, 因為，有段時間裝修，剛剛今天經過，便入去食個lunch, 見間餐廳裝修完後，感覺成間餐廳光亮咗，飲品改咗罐裝，放在雪柜，無咗舊時的氣水機，多咗熱食區，熱食有薯條，炸雞，關東煮，咖哩牛，炒雜菜，炒菇，甜品也轉了，有mochi, 士多啤利蛋糕，蜂蜜蛋糕，當然，雪糕一定唔少得，有3.5牛奶雪糕，烤番薯味雪糕，好食咗，但係丸類少咗。菜類同以前差不多，價錢方面，加咗價。定食 60 分鐘，任食由 90 分鐘改成 100 分鐘。各樣食品質數ok的，環境，服務也有以前的水準。值得一去。

以前成日嚟打邊爐㗎但係牛涮鍋最近執咗兩間分店，所以食嘅機會細咗咁啱經過MOKO又唔使排隊，所以就會去打邊叫咗個最普通而有牛肉的餐雖然唔係最平，但係覺得打邊爐點都要食牛肉正常發揮，不過覺得佢好似出邊夾嘢食嗰啲食材少咗

食量唔係好多，但又想食多樣化。故選擇了半自動火鍋60分鐘。要了牛及豬。配料自動的，選擇都多，有菜，飲品、肉丸、咖喱飯、關東煮。本人就覺得60分鐘都足夠的。還有飲品，咖啡、汽水，任飲。十分之滿足😌
