貓山王榴槤冰皮月餅食得多,但黑刺榴槤冰皮月餅第一次食,因為要放係冰箱保存,食之前放到室温/雪櫃解下凍就可以食用啦黑色既冰皮感覺更顯高貴,一打開就已經有好香榴槤味,再切開見到皮真係好薄,入面全部都係金黃色既榴槤,入口就好似雪糕咁,又香又滑,鍾意食榴槤嘅朋友一定要試,極力推薦! !經過我食完一個又一個既榴槤冰皮,有以下心得分享😆1.室温放得太耐會溶晒,個皮就會變得黏住同榴槤餡會變到好軟,好難切開,建議鍾意食軟身既就成個食或者趁仲硬硬就要切左先2.因為天氣太熱室温解凍一定要好好睇住時間,因為溶得好快,建議放落雪櫃咁就最穩陣啦
